I cannot begin to express how the people at the Milford CT store went above and beyond for us. I ordered a product on line and when I got there all they had was an open box one. The gentleman apologi...zed and offered to have some one drive to another location pick up the item and deliver it to my home in an hour. And sure enough they were at my house about an hour later. The purchasing and delivery process at PC Richards went pretty smooth I've had no problems yet but I only had the washer and dryer for 5 days. The washer was one of those high efficiency low water use... type of washing machines at first I didn't know what the heck it was and I had to actually go online and search to make sure it was actually running right cuz it doesn't run like a typical washing machine does there's no agitator in the middle when you open it but it does clean the clothes very good and Rings them out extremely well if I have any problems I'll get back here and I will post whatever the problem is hopefully this will help somebody. This was my second experience shopping at PC Richards and with sales associate, Dino. I purchased a dryer and a range. I called to make sure Dino was available before I arrived. He is a pleasure to d...eal with. He is knowledgeable about the products, asks about my budget, and never pressured me. I would highly recommend asking for him by name the next time you are in. I am very happy with the delivery service I like that you get a 3 hour window the night before delivery than that morning I was given a call with a 15 minute window and showed up on time.

I’m disappointed in this company I purchased a “65” tv from almond 2 1/2 years ago last night picture went completely out only sound coming out from it, I called them this morning to see about my warr...anty to find out it’s expired already, even though when I bought I purchased an extended 2 year warranty and they told me when I purchased it that my EXTENDED 2 year warranty starts after my 1 year manufacturers warranty well that was a big fat lie guess it coincides with the 1 year warranty which is plain stupid!!! So I asked them what I’m I suppose to do with a broke tv now and the lady basically said their is nothing they can do so I then told her I’m basically assed out of a tv and all she can respond with was sorry we can’t help you!! My aunt totally loves Gus! She says when I come from Greece to buy the refrigerators and ovens for my apartments we must go to Gus! Very happy with the recent purchase of 4 kitchen appliances through your store in Brick, NJ. Sales tech Pedro Serrano answered any questions I had about payment, warranty and rebates, also installati...on and schedule coordination for delivery of all appliances at same time. He worked to get the best price for the 4 specific items I had on my list, which will make payments easier :) . The 3 installation techs called 35 minutes prior to their arrival. They were knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Brick, NJ store. Ask for Pedro Serrano--- he's awesome. See More

I usually end up buying my appliances here, even if there might be a few dollars difference elsewhere. Both online chats and in-store experiences are far superior to any other. I'm a comparison shoppe...r, and do much research before I buy. I find the salespeople, managers, customer service when a problem or question arises are the most gracious and knowledgeable, They are also very prompt in responding to repairs when needed (not too often). I learned to purchase their extended warranties for all the reasons above. These people are the real thing. I gave it 4 stars out of 5, due to a problem with the installation, no problem with the delivery. The appointment to rectify the problem was done in a very timely manner. See More

Made purchasing easy and when the delivery people picked up wrong unit , Doug went out of his way to drive to nj to get correct one... and hand deliver it.

You need to retrain your customer service staff. For two days I was told parts were in for repair of my washer. For two days I have been told your system had not "synched" the parts with the repair ...order. Your last service rep refused to let me speak with a supervisor and told me I would just have to wait until I was called. You have now jeopardized a 30+ year customer. Good job. See More

The store and salesman were great. They did a pre-installation survey which we liked. However, we were very upset about the installation charges. They want to charge to hook up the existing water lin...e to the new refrigerator. We think that is terrible customer service. Charging you to unscrew the water line from the current refrigerator and screw it on the new one is a five minute job like putting a new outside hose on your outdoor faucet. We really believe that is a ripoff. See More

So I purchased a GE refrigerator with a 10 year extended warranty. Over 3 weeks ago it stopped working. I called PC Richards's who directed me to call their service center. After a weeks wait, a servi...ce man arrived and said it needs a part and he would have to wait till Monday to order it.
