This is about the fort dodge store.....First we waited 15 min to be seated and 6+empty clean tables. Then sat waiting for food for over a hour. Waiter came to table behind us which came at least 20 mi...n after us and apologized for the wait offering muffin. WHAT ? he never acknowledged us . therefore we left. And won't be back. Worst service I have to say ever. Now after almost 2 hours we are at Village inn enjoying supper at almost 8 pm . we waited 10 min here for food. I used to love Perkins. You need help. See More

I enjoy Perkins and the food most of the time. I enjoy the staff. it does take a bit no matter how slow or busy it is to get seated waited on etc. but when I go out to eat I’m usually not in a hurry.... I’d recommend this morningside Perkins See More

Stove top stuffing? Seriously? New management is the reason? Downhill slide on use to be delicious and my mom use to want it for thanksgiving.

Wait to get seated, wait to get drink, wait to give order, wait for food, wait for bill, AND THEN WAIT TO PAY. Would have had to wait longer to pay, but I started waving at the camera and finally one ...of the six people working came out from the kitchen. (Never again.)
P.S. And the eggs, pancakes, and hashbrowns were cold.....

Called in, was put on hold for 5.5 minutes. Hung up and called back, some young guy took my order. You could tell he was new because he didn't know what came with biscuits and gravy or sides with Fr...ench toast and had to ask whoever was standing by him. Had my husband go pick it up 20 minutes later and was told they just put my order in. Try had to ask what we ordered even though my husband gave the name of the order, then the kid says he doesn't remember taking any orders for the smasher, even though he had asked me what kind of potatoes I wanted when I ordered it. Today is my birthday and I received the worst service ever. I had to take my food home to re-heat it just to be able to enjoy it. The restaurant didn't have many clients at the time and there were 2 w...aitresses. We got the shitty waitress that would rather be cashing people out than bringing food, condiments, and drinks to people sitting waiting. We had to grab ketchup off a dirt table to even eat a little bit of our food after it was already getting cold. See More

Waited 30 to 40 minutes and didn't even get our order taken. 2 tables sat down after us and got their orders taken right away. Worst service I've ever had at any restaraunt. We walked out. Never here again. See More

Everything took too long. The restaurant was not busy, and the workers seemed to be "hiding out" in the back. Will not return.

In the 40 minutes we waited to get our order taken, two tables were seated near us and they got their orders taken. We got up and left.
