  • Hi there. I have a 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet. Lately the ...button to toggle between water streams has been getting stuck. When stuck, I am unable to use my sink at all. This is becoming a huge inconvenience to me. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? Tap was installed July 2016. Thanks. See More
  • My brand new shower faucet has been nothing but a problem. Professio...nally installed by a licensed plumber. Sounds so loud and rumbling in the wall when hot/cold are mixing. It may take Pfister up to 3 weeks for my part to arrive. Horrible customer service!! See More
  • Let's see if someone monitors social media better than they provide ...customer service on the phone. Bought a faucet in may last year and around first of the year if was getting hard to turn off and adjust water temp. It finally broke. I called on Friday the 3rd to request the broken parts as it is still under warranty. On the 10th 7 days later I get the parts but to not avail I only got half of what I requested. So on the 11th I call again and tell them the situation and he tells me that the part I need is on back order but they should receive it on the 12th. he again told me I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get part. Called this morning on the 15th and I am informed that the part just shipped out today and I would receive it in 7-10 days! So now it looks like I will be without a kitchen faucet for roughly 3-4 weeks. Seems that this could have been handled better and I am disappointed that this is the way you have chosen to do business. See More
