We loved our Winter Wonderland Train Ride and our visit with Santa. They have fixed the issue if long lines mentioned in previous reviews by having reservations. We got there 30 minutes before our sch...eduled ride as recommended and had no line at all. All the staff was very friendly and nice. And they offer a military discount as well. See More

We rode the Christmas train tonight and while the wait was long the staff was very friendly and many characters walked up and down the line and interacted with all of the families there which was very... nice. Santa was very sweet and sent my kids home with very cute coloring books. The short film before we boarded the train was fun and the speaker was very nice. Our family also really appreciated the blankets on the train!! The wait was definitely worth it. Thank you :-) See More

We traveled 2 hours to take the train ride at Christmas. We had gotten our tickets in advance and we stood in line for 3 hours before we rode. The train ride was less than 15 minutes...if it was even ...10 minutes. We had pictures made with Santa and paid for them and when we received pictures they were not ours and were not professional in quality. I could have printed better on photo paper from my personal printer. I have contacted them about this issue and they will not give me the number to the photographer. They took my name and number and said they would have her call me and still to this day she has not. We were VERY disappointed with this entire experience!!! See More

We drove an hour and waited in a line for 3 1/2 hours for a 10 trolley ride in a train that I did not even fit into. This was such a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I hate to leave a bad review but this event was... just sad . I felt embarrassed for them by the light display. I can ride through my neighborhood and see more and better quality lights. If I didn't feel like they needed the $ for a chance at doing a more quality display, I would have asked for a refund. The event was a sad comical embarrassment. My family will never come back to this place. See More

Very poor management. 1 train holds 20 people with hundreds in line. Management makes promises won't keep. Workers almost caused fight in the line. Don't waste your time.

$13.00 dollars for a 7 minute train ride. You do the math. We enjoyed it tho. Good decorations etc.

Where could I find my family's picture that was taken with santa. we had a amazing time and the train ride was beautiful.....

One of a pair. They've taken up residence on the north side of the mountain. They're a regular sight along the train route these days.

Our train route passes through the ruins of the Pine Mountain Gold Mine. Gold was discovered here in 1826, and the area was mined for over 100 years. Stop by and visit our museum, or try your hand at panning for gold. And of course board the train for a trip through history.
