- A custom piece of software was written to create the animations used in Pixel Park, allowing guest positions to be manually set for each frame.
- The animation for the big wheel consists of 97 frames, and uses 6 sprites that were each carefully drawn by hand.
- This resulted in an animation that lasts for just a few seconds, but I am very happy with the final result!
I have been working hard on the AI for guests over the past few days, allowing them to choose what they want to do based on their needs.
Not only that, but rides now have both entrances and exits for guests! Here's an updated sprite for the drop tower ride, along with its entrance, exit and queue. #PixelPark
This week I have started focusing on flat rides and their menus.
The information window shows helpful tips, and guides you through each step when building a new ride. What features/information would you like to see added to this window?
