Let me preface this by saying I own two pizza shops so I don't go out for pizza...ever. My girlfriend and I were in Goshen to pick up some box springs and the seller recommended Venturi.
Boy, am I gla...d he did!
Mind you, my pizza shops are American style pizza so to compare them would be comparing apples to oranges. This northern Italy style pizza is some of the best I've had.
We started with the Fougasse. It was good, but we'll try the flatbread next time.
Then, we had the Nduja pizza. Oh my lord! This pie was like heaven in my mouth! The combination of the authentic Italian red sauce, mascarpone cheese, thinly sliced red onions, and the star of the show, Nduja sausage, was an explosion of flavor! So, so good!
We finished our meal with espresso and the panna cotta. We ordered the panna cotta with the cherries and sweet sauce, but I'm telling you, it was good enough to stand on its own. Delicious!
We liked it so much we ordered the truffle pizza to take home.
If you're looking for an American style pizza with tons of toppings and a thick crust, this isn't your place. However, they know flavor and we will be returning! We can't wait to share this place with our friends and family!

My wife and I don't get here nearly enough. The flavors of their bread and pizza crust is worth the trip alone. We order the bruschetta whenever it's available, because they make their own mozzarella ...and it is so good. They have a nice selection of regional craft brews and a great cocktail menu. See More

Had an amazing dinner here Sat. night. We had a group of 6 people and we shared 6 pizzas and 2 orders of bruschetta. Everything was extremely fresh and the dough was incredible. I just was not a fan. The atmosphere was great, but my pizza was just gross. It was very greasy and soggy. Can't say that we'll be back!

I love Venturi's with a passion! The fact that the pizza is cooked with a smoke oven, gives it an amazing crunch and smokey flavor I'm in love with this place.

We love the true Italian flavor and pizza. We have been to Italy 3 times in past 2 years and this is as close as it comes to authentic. Just wish it was closer we drive 2 hours just to go there for ...the pizza! See More

We have been here twice now. Yes it's pricey but it is good food. (If you order dessert and someone mentions it's your birthday, chances are they will put a candle in it.)

The pizza and pull apart bread sticks were decent, and I enjoyed the flavor of the sausage on our pizza. The tiramisu, however, ruined it for me. It was not very good, and the ladyfingers didn't hav...e that great texture/flavor you usually get. Between the disappointing dessert, the price, and how loud the music made it inside, I didn't really feel I could give a better rating. I'd heard such great things, so maybe it was an off night. Tried this for the first time tonight. The tables are so close we might as well have been dining with the table next to us. It was uncomfortable. The pizza came out quick but was lacking toppings. were large empty spaces without even sauce maybe 4 pieces of basil and 6-8 little spots of cheese. I was very disappointed as this place came highly recommended. It was definitely not worth $13. See More

Went to a place in downtown Goshen today during a long motorcycle ride. It is called Venturi. They are only open 4 to 7 on Sundays.

There were 4 of us. The food was spectacular. Made in house mottz...erelli cheese, super fresh ingredients. The pizzas come uncut out of a 600 to 1000 degree wood burning oven. The service was excellent as well. It IS a bit of a road trip to get there, but I think it's worth it. See More

I see some criticism on here about the pizza. This was the first time my wife and close friends had been to this place. I am a Chicago style, deep dish, and loaded kind of pizza guy myself but you nee...d to understand that this is more authentic Italian style. I loved everything about it. The sauces were good, light and not over loaded. The toppings were flavorful and unique and you shouldn't expect a heavy pizza if you go here. The crust is amazing! It's light, crispy and chewy. The place IS small and the tables are close but chatting with others around you that you may not know isn't the end of the world and a good way to get feedback on the other menu items. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. The only criticism I could possibly level here is that the adult beverages are expensive but are meant to be enjoyed with dining. If you are going to drink a lot of alcohol, this place will be very expensive. In that case order take-out and supply your own beverages. We will definitely be back! See More

Toppings are an issue. Cheese should not be on embargo for what you pay. Cheese should cover the whole pizza after it comes out of the oven. My friend got a cheese pizza and it seriously looked like s...omething that came from the fair. See More

We went here for the first time and loved it!! Tasted as good as Reginas in Boston. The bruschetta, pizza and tiramisu we excellent and the service couldn't be beat!! The atmosphere made you forget... you were in Goshen! For sure going back! See More

Food is screaming awesome and service us great. Sitting outside is a bit noisy, but I enjoyed it. The bruschetta was so good. Pizza was delicious.
