The resignation of Attorney General Holder can only give hope to those suffering the ravages of the pornography pandemic in America. Holder was all that stood between that pandemic and its destruction. Federal law prohibits the distribution of hardcore pornography, known as “obscene material” in law, by Internet, cable/satellite TV, in retail shops, on hotel/motel TV, through the mail, or common... carrier. Holder, in his role as Attorney General, has ignored these laws, allowing those who break them to profit from his inaction. The lives of this and the rising generations have been impeded and devastated by easy access to Internet pornography. Tens of thousands of marriages have ended due to the addiction to pornography by a spouse. The high rate of sexual exploitation and sexual violence on college campuses and in the military has firm ties to the constant consumption of hardcore and often violent porn by the majority of males. Eric Holder refused to initiate even one new obscenity indictment during his tenure and he bears much responsibility for pornography’s pandemic of harm.
