And now here's a lot more ground being broken!
All aboard! We're (literally) on the light rail and you likely will be, too, when you live at Portland on the Park. It's a great way to explore our urban core!

Let's hope they repair the damage they caused during construction to the sidewalks and other city-owned infrastructure as any responsible developer would. The heavy equipment has made ADA ramps non-co...mpliant. Joe Funk of UEB/construction was notified in November of these deficiencies. I hope this does not fortell their responsiveness to deficiencies in the property. The RIGHT thing to do is repair the damage they caused. See More

A historical building, original wooden ceiling beams, beautiful stained glass windows, and hand crafted pews. We are loving Taco Guild and #tacotuesday at our neighborhood gastropub serving farm-to-table tacos and the finest tequilas available. #artofurbanliving

Is it the luxury? The location? Or the design? With fewer than 25% remaining, it is clearly all of the above. Schedule a tour and see for yourself. 2– & 3–bedroom residences from the $400s to $1.3 million. #artofurbanliving
