We study dolphins in the Bahamas and have to clear customs at the Port of Palm Beach several times throughout the year. Applying for a Berthing space and scheduling customs inspections with CBP is an ...easy and hassle-free process. I find that personnel at the Port are polite and professional. I highly recommend using this Port for any business or personal needs. See More

I parked my car here for the Grand Celebration cruise and the Port of Palm Beach Valet Attendant stole my iPhone Charger from my car. I called to report it, the parking manager said he couldn't do any...thing about it and was going to have someone call me back for a report and never did. It was theft at the end of the day and even sadder that there's no accountability here; no matter how minuscule they think it might be. See More

The new marina sucks. Very poor security guards when you ask for a rest room and they tell you upstairs then the security upstairs tell you you can't use the bathroom. Knock that POS building down and... bring back the old Tiki Hut anyday!! See More

Going on was such a breeze all you had to do was get your bags, pay for parking, go through the bag check and get the few things you needed to board the ship. on the ship and while in the Bahamas we a blast, it was so much fun. Coming back in took forever in customs but the valley didn't take to long to bring our car around and he had already cut on the air for us which was amazing. The only problem I had was that my husband noticed when we were about 30-45 mins away from the port that my passenger side mirror was pushed in which wasn't a big deal, but it has a good bit of white paint on it so whoever took/ brought our car around had hit someone else's vehicle, thankfully they only hit the other car with my mirror and the only damage done to my vehicle was a little paint transfer.... I apologize to whoever's vehicle has a scratch down the driver side probably! If you are using the valet service please check your vehicle inside and out before you leave the port!!!! See More

Smooth process from ship to land. Ship staff provided forms in advance, land staff were organized and prepared for the crowd. Great!

Some sorry ass individual that works there in the valet department parked our car and stole money from the glove compartment. We didn't realize it until we had left and it took 2 weeks for me to even ...get in touch with the right person who then told me I was supposed to inspect my vehicle for theft exiting the port. Excuse me but had I known you hired a bunch of thieves I'd never left my vehicle in your possession. I hate a thief and a liar. They never have to worry about me again See More

If they had a 0 * rating for the Grand Celebration that is what I would rate their customer service. There are a lot of hidden fees when they try and scam you on booking a cruise with them. Please fol...ks investigate before you take this fall like we did. Faulty phone numbers that you can't call back is a sure sign. See More

Parking is Valet only (18 bucks day)= kinda lame, our car selected 4 random security check as we pulled in, but we were respectful w Cop & he was w us as well which only took 3 min. We had a VIP PASS bypass lines at checkin on ship.

Checkout on ship was quick because of valid US PASSPORTS. Didn't experience problem.

Ship crew & food EXCELLENT. It is what you make it!!!
