The constant rally to create a mob continues... placing the children's father at risk while imprisoned and perpetuating the lies told by Canadian mainstream media.
Aside from the normal misrepresentations that are not backed up by the Court findings, medical records or 911 call transcripts, Ms. Gerson's article, asserts that Collet Stephan is somehow delinquent ...in applying a clause in her sentence. The clause that would require her to post to her social media accounts an unedited copy of her order.
As you look through the posts on our page, you will notice a lack of post from David and Collet. They were asked to withdraw their posting rights after the verdict. The media has sent a constant stream of messages to this page since before that time. The Stephan's withdrawal was obvious. The media would also know that Collet would not even have a parole officer to direct her on what exactly she would need to post at this time. She is nontechnical and her copy would be marked up by the court clerk who explained the basics to her.

Over the last few weeks we have seen an increasing number of news articles that have blatantly ignored the obvious facts and begun to now make up their own.
Photo-shopped images of David and Collet have made them out to appear hardened and angry. Misrepresentations have left the public in a state of confusion over contradictions found in virtually all media covering the story.
Meanwhile, supporters of the Stephan's are planing exposure campaigns that will show exactly how misleading the large media groups have been about this and other stories. A focus on social media will lead to drops in readership and credibility nationally and internationally of the big four Canadian media groups.
The facts are that these misrepresentations are leading to a very real risk of harm to David, Collet and their children. The media is capitalizing off the story while targeting an already broken family.

Thank you everyone for all your support and out pouring of love and kindness! David, Collet and the boys are ok. Collet is home with the boys, and David is in a protected cell. He is allowed out for a couple hours a day.
The media's reporting of the story using misinformation has left David in a very vulnerable position where we worry about his safety. These boys need their father. Please keep him in your prayers and lets bring this dad home!
Long emotional day today... court is finally out for the night. The Judge will be giving his sentence at 2pm tomorrow.
We will be having our peaceful Stand tomorrow at 12:30pm as originally planned. (Please note that we need to keep the peace) Everyone is welcome to attend the sentencing at 2:00pm after we're done.
Remember to wear a white shirt and blue jeans/pants.

-Thursday court begins at 9am in Court Room #6. This day is hugely important as we need a show of support for the Stephans in front of the Judge. You can come any time throughout the day if 9am doesn't work for you.
-Friday, we will be holding a rally on the Courthouse steps at 12:30-3:00pm, we would love to have your children there. Please come and support the Stephan family and take a Stand for Parental Rights.

We will have balloons for the kids and wristbands for the adults.

Urgent!!! We need your help!! Please read and share!
Evidence obtained through Access To Information has been released showing criminal liability on the part of... numerous Alberta Justice employees in the Ezekiel Stephan case. Falsified reports, withheld evidence and censored witnesses prevented the jury from knowing the facts and obtained a guilty verdict wrongfully. These guys were so bold as to leave a paper trail proving it and they will be sentencing these parents this Thursday and Friday.
They have small children and need your help desperately!

The David and Collet Stephan case has been one of the most publicized and controversial cases Alberta has ever seen. News articles were published around the globe citing a myriad of contradictory facts. The Stephans were made out to be unfeeling monsters and innocent victims depending on which article you read.
Now, glaring discrepancies in the court findings are contradicting the medical records and 911 call recordings. Discrepancies like these continue to surface as th...e Stephans approach their sentencing date of June 24th 2016.
Rules of court have disallowed the Stephan family to publish evidence provided to them during court and has resulted in a desperate attempt to acquire evidence through other channels.
As these newly acquired files are sifted through we can expect to see some very controversial evidence that links the court fraud, censoring of evidence and subsequent jury manipulation to David's families business (Truehope) and their past efforts to protect Canadian democratic rights and Health freedoms. The article below gives some of the back story surrounding these facts.
We desperately ask that you consider attending "A Day of White" at the Lethbridge Alberta Court house on June 24th. This is in an effort to show support not only for Collet Stephan , but also for all mothers who have lost a child during their infant and toddler years. Primarily we will be asking mothers and their children to attend wearing white tops and blue jeans.
It has become very clear that Collet and her children were not the intended target of this prosecution but rather collateral damage as a result of an attempt to strike back at members of the Stephan family.
Since 2001 the Stephan family has invested the majority of the proceeds of their corporate interests in an effort to stop the passing of anti-democratic legislation as well as dangerous enforcement actions of Health Canada. This mission began as a result of seizures conducted by Health Canada that resulted in numerous suicides and hospitalizations from across the nation.

We were given notice that their lawyer is still accepting letters until Friday night (TOMORROW) from anyone who would be willing to write one. We're only asking that you forgo the postal system and rather scan your letters and email them directly to shawn@buckleyandco.ca for the sake of time.

URGENT!! Please, we need your help! There has been such an outpouring of love and kind words and prayers through social media but Right NOW is the time to act, we have an opportunity as a collective group of supporters to help the Stephan family potentially stay together just by taking 5 minutes of your day and writing a letter. Their lawyer needs 10,000 letters in his hands by June 13th.
The letters must not criticise the verdict or the Judge or be rabid. They can express d...isappointment but not criticise or condemn.
They should say something positive about the family, parents, and offer concern for the children to lose the parents etc.
All letters need to be signed. Hand written is best, computer is fine but must be signed and have address on them. All letters need to be sent ASAP.

So sad to leave! We just spent the last 4 days with some of the kindest, most loving and beautiful people I know. Their strength and determination is remarkable.
David and Collet are incredible parents, better than most anyone I know. It has been a terrible injustice for them to go through all that they have, and for the children to be drug along with it.
I am heartbroken, having spent a bit of time working with them packing up all their belongings, not knowing what their future holds.
All we can do is pray. Pray that God's will be done, pray that His love comfort's them through this next month and Pray that God's spirit be in the heart of the judge for sentencing .

Ezekiel Stephan x-ray showing no Empyema. The Autopsy Report excluded key factors in the death of Ezekiel Stephan. It painted a picture of a child who was extremely ill for over two weeks. A guilty verdict was obtained after a Jury was subjected to 4 weeks of testimony from numerous doctors who attested that Ezekiel must have suffered terribly for two weeks before passing based on the Autopsy report.

Please keep in mind that withheld evidence made available to the Stephans after the guilty verdict proved that Zeke did not have a lung infection that turned into bacterial meningitis. Also he did not contract a virus for which there is a vaccine.
