Tis the season for flu shots!

Once again the AAP is recommending injections (vs. nasal spray). While adults can get a shot almost everywhere, most places do not carry children's doses so you'll likely need to make an appointment with your child's healthcare provider. The AAP recommends getting your shot prior to the end of October, so today would be a great day to make those appointments (/gentle nudge).
