A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, por meio da Vigilância Epidemiológica, informa que nesta quarta-feira (02), foram confirmados 25 casos de Covid-19. As pessoas que testaram positivo para doença estão em fase de isolamento/tratamento, e permanecem sob o monitoramento da equipe da Secretaria de Saúde.

Mais 24 pessoas estão recuperadas, após cumprir o período de isolamento/tratamento, e não apresentar mais sintomas da doença. Outras nove pessoas obtiveram resultado negativo par...a Covid-19, após resultado de testes realizados pelo município e em laboratórios privados. Ao todo, já foram realizados 2834 testes pela rede municipal;

Seis pessoas estão internadas na Unidade de Tratamento Covid-19, três testaram positivo para Covid-19, e três seguem aguardando resultado de testagem.

Um paciente está internado na Unidade Covid-19 Palmira Sales e segue aguardando resultado de testagem.

Ao todo, já foram confirmados 1227 casos de Covid-19 em Garanhuns. Deste total 62 pessoas vieram a óbito, 1052 estão recuperadas após cumprir o período de isolamento domiciliar e não apresentar mais sintomas; e 113 pessoas que foram confirmadas com Covid-19 estão em fase de tratamento e/ou isolamento. Outros 3006 casos já foram descartados, após resultado negativo de testagem.

A Secretaria de Saúde reforça o pedido para que a população permaneça em casa! Se for necessário sair, faça o uso de máscara, lembrando também dos cuidados com a higiene.
