My clients have no clue how much #motivation their check-ins give me each week. The #dedication is real when a client is not trying to eat outside of the #diet 💯 We had to get this #cheameal on point and they gave in after I told them to eat the whole pint of @arcticzero 😂😭😂 #contestprep #2017 #baltimoregladiator #theyarecoming #mensphysique #primusfit #contestprepcoach #diethumor #funny #lmao
@jedi_osho and @_savagefit were putting in work late last night @goldsgymlargomd 👍🏾 @jedi_sho just recently started working with me and is going for some lean #gains to do a show possibly next year. @_savagefit has been working with me for almost 8 weeks and has lost 21.8 pounds. Didn't realize it until I did the math before I posted 😳 Now for the crazy part... he's been eating Oreos 🍪, Gummy Bears 🐻, Hamburgers 🍔 to include ketchup, Eggo Waffles, Instant Brown Sugar Oatmeal,... and Baked Beans along with different food sources high in protein and fiber. He can barely finish all his food and he's NATTY‼️I'll be direct... No T3, No Clen, and No Ephedrine or anything else on the list for natural bodybuilding competitions 💯🚫💉💊 He should be stepping on stage around March of next year. Both of these guys #diets 🍽 are flexible... I start all of my clients on somewhat strict diets for about a week or two and then adjust them to include more flexible foods based on progress. Looking forward to seeing both of these guys progress as we go into 2017 along with the rest of the squad 💪🏾 This is a long post 😁 #primusfit #primusutrition #gainz #leggo #transformationtuesday #imlate #flexibledieting #iifym #trusttheprocess #worksmarternotharder #weightloss #flexible #flexibleseating #progress #progresspic
Updated website... Stop by and check it out! If you are ready to start your fitness journey on one of the easiest diets you will possibly ever have, send me a message. I am changing the dieting game one client at a time.
If you increase sodium, you're body will just increase sodium output. There are very few people who are actually sodium sensitive. Why do people want to cut it out when contest prepping? I have no clue. Sodium transports nutrients and provides blood volume for the gym pump and muscle growth.
