Do you understand what you give up when you ride in a rideshare vehicle? Ride Responsibly!!

Schools will be closed again tomorrow. Please be safe if you go out.
All PWCS will be closed on Thursday, March 22 due to weather-related conditions and predicted refreezing. Code Red for employees. All school division activities including Professional Development sessions are cancelled. SACC will not open. Telework subject to policy.
Something to think about this weekend! Again, ALL of the drivers with Yellow Cab undergo Police Department, in-person, finger print background checks. There is no using other peoples names or social security numbers through a website and getting approved. We know who is driving you and so do the police! They have been vetted before they ever pick you up! Ride safe, ride responsible, ride Yellow!
We're hiring!! No experience necessary, we will train the right person. We are looking for a call taker/operator for the afternoon/evening shift. Message us for details!
We just love this! Thank you Pamela Anderson for speaking out on the dangers of ride sharing apps! Our drivers are finger print background checked and held to the laws set out by Prince William County. Ride safe, ride responsible, ride Yellow!
Did you know we deliver? Need to get something, somewhere and can't take it yourself? We can do that for you! We can deliver items, papers, pretty much anything. Give us a call for a quote!
With the threat of snow coming tomorrow, we would like to remind everyone to stay safe and if you don’t have to go out onto the roads, please don’t. We will be doing our best to service all of our customers in a timely manner, but we always make safety a priority. Our drivers who chose to work will be taking their time and being cautious, so wait times for service may be extended.
We are so glad to see Former Speaker Howell doing well after his recent health issue.
Congratulations Mr Speaker!
Today was the highlight of the session. I rose, with Delegate Chris Jones, on the floor of the House of Delegates to honor my former Delegate, mentor, and fri...end, Speaker William J. Howell. We were joined by his wonderful wife Cessie Stump Howell, and their sons Jack and Billy Howell in a very special Center Aisle Presentation acknowledging his selection as the 2018 Outstanding Virginian Award recipient. We presented him with a resolution that barely scratched the surface as it enumerated his many accomplishments. This video shows how much loyalty and esteem the ladies and gentlemen of the House, on both sides of the aisle, have for the 54th Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates.
Many of our office staff are children of the 90’s. So this morning, on my coffee stop, when I saw this throwback, I couldn’t help it! Be prepared for super fast service when you call the office today! I’ve surged up our call takers and dispatch team!
We sincerely hope those without power have service restored soon.
PWCS will open 2 hours late on Monday, March 5, to help PW County manage post-storm traffic issues, and allow inspection of all schools. SACC will open 2 hours late.
Patriot HS and T. Clay Wood ES remain without power. Monitor web, email, and social media for status of those schools.
As the winds are dying down, we think we’ll scrap our most recent, energy efficient, cost effective, eco-taxi. We’re glad to be back to 100% in our office! Our primary phone system also came back online! But feel free to still text and use our app for booking your ride if you like!
WE ARE OPEN!! Despite all the outages and closures you can count on Yellow Cab to get you where you need to be. While we are still experiencing phone issues, our backup lines are working like they should. You can also still text, go online, or use our app for service as well. The dependability you need! Call Yellow!
The high winds have taken out our main phone lines. We ask that if you need to book a cab you either download and use our app, or text us at 703-491-2222 with your order information, or book your ride online through your website www.yellowcabpw.com.
If these options are unavailable to you, and you need to call, we just ask that you be patient as we are on backup phones at the moment.
Everyone hang on out there!
