Your little train conductor lady working Saturday around 1:30 is an ass running over peoples feet cuz she doesn’t want to slow the hell down. You guys are going to have a law suit on your hands

Dogs everywhere, even at the food court. Management is more concerned with training dogs to be socially active than people being sick with allergies. Regarding service dogs training, please inform cus...tomers when it's happening. See More

Rude people working the kiosk and try to rip you off! Seriously mall security crack down on these people many don't have licences! Place is also overcrowded and they took out Carl's JR. I use to eat after shopping at Sears and Jc Penny. Go to the one in San Diego it's much better and much bigger! See More

I love the Promenade! Great parking. Not too crowded. Friendly vendors. And, they have a LipSence kiosk! I've died and gone to Heaven!

Always a nice place to walk and window shop. The best deal here is the Japanese massage. Also Barnes &Noble to hang out and read.

I am from Wisconsin. I am here every winter. I love this mall. It is one of the best I had been. Plus farmer's market at the parking lot every Wednesday? Omg that's an A+ Score. And. Movie theatre? My... favorite place to eat is The Yard House. I am loving this place. Shop shop See More

Before, I always long for Cerritos Mall where we used to go. But since we moved here in Menifee, I learned to love the Promenade, we don't have to drive that far, with the same store I love to shop. F...ood court is good with friendly people shopping around. Quite, lovely place, good shopping place to go to. See More

We arrived early for Santas arrival and fireworks! At 6 they hadn't started , and then after waiting till 740 we finally left. No Santa at 7 as promised. The singing and stuff in the middle was nic...e but way wY too long! I lost I treat. There were no clear lines to get glow lights for kids, the costumed characters had no defined way to get to them to take pictures. Seemed very disorganized. I also think that there should be some sort of special seating for the disabled . I saw quite a few who were shuffled to the back by others that didn't care and were not able to see anything,
I think it's great that this is put on every year, I just believe there needs to be more thought out into the planning.

Yesterday every single store in that mall was a hot mess. JCPenney was so disgusting; there was more clothes on the floor than there was on the racks. They definitely were understaffed and the store a wreck. I will never go there again. See More

I love the Promenade! There are incredible shops and wonderful restaurants. The convenience of all the businesses that surround the mall make shopping easy.

This mall has a shady way of getting more business. They advertised an offer for 2 free movie tickets if you spend more then $100 in any of their sit down restaurants. We purposely chose to eat at the... mall rather then other restaurants to get this offer. Offer was supposed to be good until August 15, we came in on August 5th and they told as this offer is no longer valid as they are out of tickets. They could have updated or deleted their post if out of tickets. See More

I went shopping and I got some pretty good deals. Then I went to the movie theater it was a very rainy day and they're nice at the Regal Theater. I definitely do not like being approached by the that have the carts in the center walkways, they are definitely annoying. Good place to stay out of the Stormy Weather though. See More

Never cared for this mall. Don't come here that often due to how crazy it is. People are rude and kids are just dropped off here with no supervision from adults. There are a few shops that like and th...e restaurants around are nice. Just not a Mall person I guess on top of what I previously mentioned. See More

Didn't enjoy kiosk vendors and some store employees chasing us--I felt like I was at a circus sideshow. If I want your product/service, I'll come over to or in to your business. Go away!

We go there all the time. Easy to find everything, but the food court could have more to offer.
