In every hand position you can keep pressure for 10-30 sec. To start with, add pressure towards the center of the steering wheel, then outwards from the center. Add on, towards the windshield, and then towards yourself.
Combine this with IHG (isometric hand grip exercise) to lower blood pressure.
Keep a tennis ball in your car for IHG and back accupressure excercises.
Always think about your breathing. Long, slow breaths that fills your lungs.

12 o'clock hand position.
Press inwards the center for 30 sec.
Breathe slowly and let every in and out breath take at least 4 sec each.
Then press/lift outwards from center for 30 sec. Same breathing pattern....
When done, change handposition to 14.10 (right hand on 2 and left hand on 10 if you think about the steering wheel as a clock)
Shorten or lengthen the time according to your skills and time.
- push towards the window and then pull towards yourself.
- press each hand towards the side windows (or as you would like to make a gap between your hands) and then after like you would like to close this gap. Hands hard towards each other.
Jam time, training time.
Red light, green light for training.
Do not grip your steering wheel in frustration, grip it hard in meditation.
No more road rage, only road (side) meditation.
Park your car, for example at a lunch break. Walk 5-600 meters in one direction at high speed, then turn back to your car. Men should excercise before eating, and women after eating for best result.
