We drove down from Junction after hearing a radio ad. The restaurant was inviting and the hostess staff friendly, however our waitress was over-busy. She took a while on our drinks and forgot our corn...bread. My husband enjoyed his steak. I ordered chicken tenders which were not tenders and misrepresented on the menu. They were super thin chicken cutlets I suppose. We likely will not make the drive again. See More

RJ's Steakhouse is by far one of the best Delta County eateries. Everything from scratch. Wonderful steaks cut from the finest beef and the most amazing service! My friend and I went in last night at 8 pm. He had been there before and told me it was really good food. We were the only ones in the dining room. We waited for the server and waited and waited. My f...riend went to find her and she said she was making drinks. So we waited some more. We ordered a salad and chicken fried steak to share. The salad was brown, but the cornbread was really good. The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and gravy all tasted sour and the corn was stale from sitting all day. We would have complained, but the server never came back after she dropped off the food. We ate it because we were hungry and had a long drive home. When she came with our check, she asked how it was and my friend told her it wasn't his favorite. She replied that it wasn't her favorite either, but he had eaten it. We paid in cash and left, fearing that if we waited for change or paid with a credit card, we would still be waiting. Worst dinner ever. See More

Great food. Would have given 5 stars if our service was better. Our waitress took forever to get our drinks, we were not told the specials, we're not offered and condiments. And she refused to look at... or talk to my husband. I understand that tonight was busy but it's hard to be understanding when all other waitresses had no trouble taking care of their tables. The best filet mignon I have ever eaten. The meat is fresh never frozen and locally raised. Crazy thing...the croutons were so flavorful I could eat them for snacks. They were made on site. Fresh..., fresh, fresh salad...great service.....beautiful drive. See More
