Job Description:
Will be Part of the R&D Group, reporting to VP R&D inclduing buildling RapidAPI QA prdocut approach from scratch.
Responsible for building all quality assurance domain strategy - Develop and implement testing techniques, operational procedures and quality methodologies.
Managing the QA Team and responsible for all testing activities both automated and manual.
Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of the product quality assurance.
Mentor and lead QA and automation engineers,Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring out the best out of each individual.
Define and plan the scope of automation for a particular project or process.
Identify new approaches to automation, and identify new tools that can help automate manual tests.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years technical experience in QA environments with at least 2 being in a QA management\mentoring role including an automation hands on role.
Experience in developing automation solutions from scratch.
QA Management experience across multiple projects, off-shore (advantage) and in-house .
Expert and familair with UI Automation, creating frameworks using Selenium.
Experience in Agile (Scrum & Kanban) execution.
Development experience with Java\javascript testing frameworks.
Linux/Windows and virtualization technologies
Continuous integration and Continuous delivery\deployment processes experience.
Must have excellent project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams .
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications:
