I recently joined colleagues in sending a letter to USTR Lighthizer and USDA Secretary Perdue against the European Union’s unfair trade barriers and effort to establish harmful GI policies in negotiations with our trading partners. We must prioritize strengthening protections for American producers and negotiate agricultural market access safeguards for our products.
