People right now as we speak so we are constantly hiring We have lots of positions open and for somebody who is looking for a fresh start or just getting out in the job market we have seen wonderful positions with excellent starting pay out here and I'll give you some of my general reasons why I believe it is great to come and work here at Dorota. aside from the fact that we have amazing starting to pay our very base. For our entry-level position it's $11 and a quarter plus we have $2 appreciation pay going on right now, but with all the uncertainty that happened with Covid- 19 one thing that's wonderful with us is that regardless of what's going on in the world, everyone still needs to eat and we experience absolutely no lay offs. You never have to worry about your job when you come here to work with us. our employees worked through all of this. We also All kinds of different things where we try to make sure our employees are well compensated and know how much we appreciate them everything from shift, differentials and premium pay freezer pay we try to do monthly employee appreciation events. our employees get to share in the profits with quarterly production bonuses. I know a lot of employers have stressed their benefits, but we have amazing benefits and pay 95 percent of the premium for medical. We also have dental vision 401 K with a match We have vacation time paid leave. and everything else. We also have plenty of opportunity for advancement we try to promote from within as much as possible and we have an excellent friendly environment up here at Dora. Now we're highlighting just two of our positions right now, the first of which is our industrial maintenance technician position. Now we. Try to employ people and hire people for this position that actually have. some skill set when it comes to maintenance for food production when it comes to conveyor belts, hydraulics pneumatics but we do have some positions where those who have a good knowledge base of mechanical engineering we can bring you in and train you as you see there. you know some of the educational experience is preferred. we will. The right person, but we do prefer that skill set to be there. some other great things about Greta anything over eight hours. a day is mandatory overtime aside from anything over 40 hours a week if you do end up working in the weekend if you work Monday through Friday and you work Saturday, it's mandatory overtime and if you work on Sunday, it's double time so we have excellent pay up here at Dora Lucas if you'll go to the next slide, please. Be second position we want to highlight today is our quality assurance technician. These are the people that we like to say is our last line of defense when it comes to making sure we're producing the safest highest quality product out there on our line. we always like to tell our employees so we wanna make sure we are making the product that you would feel comfortable with your children and your parents eating cuz at the end of the day that might be who is eating our product. so these. People that we employ to make sure it's going out there and making sure everything is completely safe and up to back to what our customer is demanding right now we have three positions on second shift that we're looking to hire those hours do very little bit cuz we have a staggered start time but the starting hours on that anything from three PM to five PM and they can work as late as 11 PM to 120 'clock in the morning. The benefits are listed there. They have the same benefits as everyone else they also share in quarterly bonus and then we do have a very generous end of the year bonus. Hello everyone. My name is Erika Luna. I'm an HR. Here at Lopez Foods and from what you guys can see from our slides, we're a big supplier for Mcdonald's, Starbucks and Burger King, as well as free foods some of the product that we produce here it is our pork sausage patties as well as my crib and then you have your fresh and frozen a burger patties our product obviously kinda goes all over the world, Obviously States here nationally, but it also goes all the way. Asia Mexico Caribbean and Central and South America so yeah, it's our product. you know it's kind of everywhere the other thing we are here located in Oklahoma City kinda tours are really close to Yukon. we have about actually 650 employees and just like Dorota we're growing and the other thing that I wanted to tell you we are a. Felony Friendly Workplace as long as your felony is at least seven years old, So I know I have a question going out there so I just wanna make sure you guys know that about-us we're also very diverse company. We have people that work here and we have about 37 different countries that are represented here. so that's a pretty neat about being a bad Lopez Foods if you wanna go to our next live, please look us. Some of the positions that we have right now that kind of fall in our maintenance Department is ceremonial refrigeration tank, our maintenance tech and also a Fabricator so all of them mainly you have to have electrical skill and obviously that's with high voltage as well as mechanical hydraulic and so forth, but the thing that I wanna highlight with ammonia refrigeration text we definitely need somebody with with that refrigeration experience not just your air. Or refrigeration, but it has to be ammonia refrigeration when it comes to our favorite creator position, it is essentially the same as maintenance tech, but some of the skills that we really need them to have is the ability to create that metal structure by cutting and bending the simple process and that's ability to operate in manual drill Press Shearer break and obviously be able to read blueprints as well as welding Ammonium and positions those individuals we tend to do direct hire and I'll tell you how to play about that here in a few minutes, but the other positions that I wanna highlight It will be our production sanitation and stand up forklift positions. for those. positions obviously, if you don't really require a lot of experience if you have any kind of warehouse experience, obviously that helps. Kinda know a little bit about the environment here at Lopez particular, a refrigerated plants so it is cold and we have three different shifts at work. here at Lopez. We have our first shift, which is mainly from seven AM to three PM our second shift is from three PM to finish right about midnight and then our third shift is usually from 11 PM all the way to seven AM and that that that's mainly our sanitation Department. when it comes one thing that I do wanna stress is that we do have a 20 - one -day work policy so what it means is you can work up to 21 straight, meaning you can work up to 18 days on before you have a day off or set of 13 before you have a day off Okay but with that being said, obviously For over time and also we have that once you roll over to our company, You become what is called a good job holder and you have the opportunity to make overtime on a Monday through Friday after eight hours of work and then on Saturday, it will be automatically over time and then Sunday we will be double time. so I think that's a great benefit other benefits that we have in place obviously will be our health dental and. Vision insurance I honestly think again we do take a lot of the cost. your health insurance can be as cheap as $21 per employee or $77 depending on how much you wanted a deductible to be and then we also have short term long term disability available at 41 K savings plan and obviously we have some PTO time. I believe now across the nation so there's multiple locations. and I'll get to it in a in a little second here about what locations we're hiring for and how to do that. but but yeah, I'm one of the. Here at right at home, we've been in operation this company has been in operation since 1995, so a number of years now and we provide in-home care as it says in our name there right at home in home care and Assistance We've seen a huge influx here lately due to social distancing and due to a lot of elderly adults and disabled adults who might have at one time lived in assisted living or nursing facilities they Get away from that and maybe move out and move into their own home or their family members home. and so that's what we would come in and we bring that assisted living or nursing home option to them so they get that one -on- one care as you see in our slide there it can include companionship transportation meal preparation helping in the bathroom with hygiene safety. you name it we'll help them so we tailor all of our care It is that those individuals might need I'm gonna say it once here and then I'll say it before my time is up to that with all of our locations when you if you are interested in applying and we'll get more into the specifics here in a second go to our admin website. Is gonna be somebody who's totally customer oriented we. are very proud of our customer service that we provide what we do here is we provide packing and shipping services to the community so this one has something they need to ship out or pack up. They bring it to us We we've been doing this like I said for a long time and we feel like we're the experts at it. First. we're looking for this needs to work. it's probably 30. 43 hours per week is the average we're open from nine until 60 'clock pm Monday through Friday Saturday from 10 to two. No Sundays no late nights in the person also will have to be able to you know handle probably 50 to 75. pounds by themselves so that's pretty important also must be able to be on their feet quite a bit. We're on our feet all day long so it has to. That does like that, but it's just the ideal candidate like I said, will be somebody who loves to work with customers or work with the the customers and other employees. very comfortable. For those that are disabled elderly that help them. ensure that they can get to their supplies foods and medications and stay healthy during this time we provide rides to doctor's appointments dialysis shopping if they want sometimes people even higher us to bring them from another part of the state to see their meet with their family. Basically have a fleet of 10 vehicles, five of which are wheelchair accessible and five that are regular band types. We are currently looking for drivers both part time and full time the main thing is we want you to be a for insurance reasons at least 20 - five years old. you will have to pass random initial and random drug screen testing, background checks and motor vehicle checks are the people that we transport are valuable cargo and we wanna make sure we take the Of them like I said, we have both full time and part time Monday through Saturday. some shifts open as early as four in the morning. What we do is we provide services following the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act so W O A these programs are. provided. A Department of Labor, What we do Is we utilize federal funds from the Department of Labor in order to provide education and training services as well as employment services to people that are wanting to go into work and maybe you don't have the education background and education Be kind of expensive. so we may be able to help pay for those kind of services so things that we may include would be resume preparation Job search assistance training and education assistance which would be like. Fees Equipment Tools uniforms books tests that if we pay for it, you don't pay us back cuz it's a Grant not a loan and any time that you can use grants or scholarships to pay for some kind of educational opportunity. It's really fantastic because then you don't have to pay it back what we tend to require and in return is we like to have people talk to us on a monthly basis? We just wanna make sure that you're doing okay. On your job search do you need more assistance How is school going what kind of help can we provide and because we believe in getting rid of barriers that may come between you and your education or employment goals, then we wanna try to find whatever resources are out there to try to get rid of those barriers. so whatever we can't provide we wanna find so we may not be able to provide transportation assistance but we. To find an Organization that can so. all of our programming is at no cost. we focus on things that are in demand in Oklahoma and that list is rather long and includes things such as IT health care energy. food services. There's a whole host of stuff I could spend all day just going through all of the things that are in demand in Oklahoma that we could help with. There's an adult program for those that are 18 and up that are low income on public assistance. veteran status or receiving unemployment. and then we have a young adult program for those that are 16 to 24 that are out of school and have a barrier to employment and education, which could include things like having a disability dropping out of high school being parenting pregnant. homeless. having a criminal background any of those things if you have more than one great, we'll try to figure out how to get around those barriers so that way you can be successful and. Education like I said all of our services are at no cost and we are here to help you find not just a job but a career because we wanna make sure that you find where it is that you wanna go and you stay there because that's when you start to reap all the benefits of being employed somewhere is whenever you have longevity somewhere. So that's why we really focus on making sure that there's a good fit for you and. What your needs talents interests are and whatever needs you need in between where you are to where you wanna be, then we work on trying to get you there so I know there's there's been questions about being family friendly friendly and things of that nature we deal with people that have felonies all the time it is not anything that's new to us. so absolutely feel free to apply for our services like I said. We have a lot of openings in that Department these are people that are just gonna call our patients and confirm their orders as they're needed. administrative skills customer service skills strong communication skills whether it's verbal or written are very important. you need to be organized and have attention to detail and be a team player and also just somebody that's got empathy empathy and compassion for people that really wants to get in and help is. My name is Erika Golly, I will be filling in today for her. so I'm the regional recruiter for Sodexo and we are a global food service and facilities company and we partner with schools and we've been in business for over 50 years and right now we are looking for a friendly and reliable people to join our team we actually provide a food service and custodians and Those are the positions that we do offer for our schools and if you're looking for flexible scheduling and exciting position that is fulfilling, please apply and go to the next slide for me, please. All right, so just a brief description here we are looking for experienced food service and environmental service team members to help us serve our students in school in our personnel for the upcoming school year we actually don't require you to have experience so if you don't have experience, it's not that big of a deal we do train on the job and as far as qualifications, there's not many qualifications you just have to pass a background check for us and as far as. We do have part time. full-time and it's all during the week. we don't have any positions that are during the weekends. right now as far as schools of course, we do have restrictions on certain felonies and felons So if you have something that's when you record that's been within seven years, we wouldn't be able to hire you but if it's been over seven years. depending on what it is. We possibly could hire you and if you are full time we do offer insurance. we offer the health insurance life insurance. we also have pay College tuition for anyone who is full time and as far as the positions that I have open right now, it's gonna be for districts my school districts as in Norman public schools in Bartlesville public schools. so if you live in the Norman area you can actually. You can actually go to Sodexo USA dot jobs and what you'll do is you'll search for Norman and then you'll see all of our positions that we have for Norman so right now we have Chow nutrition and we have custodial positions available for Norman and as far as Bartlesville, we actually have custodian positions available as well and they are full time. Hello, I'm sergeant McColl with the Oklahoma National Guard today, I'm here to talk to you guys about some job opportunities that we have available so we are a part-time Organization. We work one week in a month and two weeks in the summer we do have 60 - three plus jobs in the state ranging from medical aviation mechanical combat arms culinary pretty much you name it. We probably have it in the field. we offer different trainings. we we offer paid trainings you go to training for us. We pay you we offer technical schools leadership schools as well. You know yourself and your resume we offer education. we offer a hundred percent tuition waiver. We give you a monthly stipend of up to $720 a month to go to school and we also offer student loan payments. programs we have worldwide travel, We have state missions and we have different schools that you can go to while you're with us that are all throughout the state. some outside of some outside of the state's different things that you have the opportunity to do. As our mission, our number one mission is to help our community and to help others in our community. One of the main things we do is helping people during a natural disasters tons of civil and rest I mean that's that's pretty much. the National Guard in a nutshell we do need people right now. like I said you guys can get with me at four zero 55347476 or go to Gord dot com to get with the recruiter but we do offer over 63. And we are a part time Organization. You can work for us one week in a month two weeks in the summer and still go to school still work out their jobs as well.
