Maloney, Congressman Peter King and Congressman Jerry Nadler in leading a bipartisan delegation of Members on the urgent need to pass the Never Forget the Heroes Act and fully fund the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. Last month, it was announced the fund would have to severely cut claims across the board due to budget shortfalls. This is completely unacceptable, and Congress must act immediately to keep our promise to the victims of 9/11, our first responders and their families.
