It was great to see Chris Ganser, my friend and constituent, in Washington advocating on behalf of #FightColorectalCancer. Chris is a fighter. He is one of our former Community Heroes and visited me last year after being diagnosed with colon cancer. He just completed another surgery but is still in DC fighting for others dealing with this dreaded disease. I don’t know that I’ve met anyone with a kinder heart or stronger spirit.
