We decided that Queeny our King Cobra deserves a nice reset to her cage. We added some more plants aswell as a calk bark hide. Not a massive change but definately looking better. Top is new and bottom is old.

This is one of our newest additions his name is Axlotl Rose and he is a leusistic Axolotl AKA Mexican salamander (Ambystoma mexicanum). Yes, he is not a reptile but he is a cool dude and fits in. Please note these are illegal as pets in the Western Cape and this was a drop off.
Reptile Garden added a new photo to the album: Albino Gaboon Viper (Bitis rhinoceros).
Here is a comparison of our other female albino that has just shed to a normal. This girl has loads of reds. I will post a pic of the two albino females to show the difference.
Now we all know normals can vary a lot due to the colour ranges but with albino that will be more limited. It is still nice to see a difference and they are still young so colours have a way to go still.

Jack's party was a hit. We did a nice show with Cape Towns 3 most venomous snakes (Puff Adder, Boomslang and Cape Cobra) Then finished of with a few harmless snakes and in picture Lazass one of our Rock Monitor enjoying his back rub in the sun. He is a lazy .... but we love him.
