Just got back from a 2 night stay. Check in took some time as they seemed to be having trouble finding me a room I had reserved for a comp stay. Finally got one and they gave me 20 dollar food credit ...for the wait. The slot play and dining credits are great. Rooms are clean and my smoking room didn’t even smell like it had been smoked in. Had great dinner at breadsticks, sangria pitcher was great!! Had dinner at Gallagher’s Steak House and dinner was amazing. Great ribeye and a sweet potato the size of my arm! Wife had crab cakes and they were great as well. Casino area is a little small but being from CT I’m used to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Drinks are a little hard to get as it seems there are not enough waitresses. I will continue to go to Resorts anytime I go to AC. The pit bosses are some of the happiest I have ever seen and told one of them he should go train some of the ones at Mohegan Sun. See More

Just returned from a three night stay where my coat "disappeared" from the casino floor and construction started directly above our room wayyyy to early. In all fairness was advised at check-in that ...it would begin 8 -9 o'clock but it was actually 7:05. Went to the hot tub/pool one afternoon. Sign clearly say's children under 18 not permitted in hot tub. There were three I'd guess under the age of 9. A lot screeching and screaming. So much for relaxing. Even though there is no lifeguard on duty i would suggest that someone periodically walk through when the desk know's for a fact young children have entered the pool area. The room was beautiful which made up for the view of the ugly roof. See More

stayed and played this weekend , was just,o.k. , staff is getting more unfriendly each time we visit,notice careless about their patrons and forget about getting a drink you have to chase server down ...in another area where you play and than you get a very poor remark or they act like you dont exist,very poor on 1 to 100, staff is 20 ,security is not included in this they have always been nice to us and helpfull,i call it the way i see it,not happy ,we went to another place that afternoon because we felt ignored/peace See More

Completely disgusted and I have only been here a few hours , we started with the receptionist, very bitchy, and very arrogant, the room was not what I expected, bathroom does not have a vanity where t...o put our personal things, like For example the makeup, toothbrush etc, the room is connecting with another and I listen to all the conversation of the neighbor and to top it all they are smoking where it is a non-smoking area, when I expesify it very well since I have my 10 year old daughter with us, well upset, definitely never again! From reading all these reviews I rate this hotel Poor. I'm shocked that once regal Resorts International Hotel Casino would get such horrible ratings. Is it that Resorts pay for their employment is so... low that no one wants to work? Is it that you get too many people there & no workers? I say it's total poor management. Get rid of the manager, supervisor, etc. They all have to be replaced. This is not right & it sounds like people would be better going to a cheap motel. I used to go to Rodeway Motel across the street. They were always clean, nice and never had a problem.......What's up Resorts?????? See More

I have never had a bad experience at Resorts. It’s my go to casino because of the staff that goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. Front desk/check in are great and always... accommodating. Restaurants are fabulous, food great and great staff. After reading these comments about how bad the experiences were at Resorts, I can’t help but think I’m one of the lucky ones to never have had a bad experience. I’ll always use Resorts. 👍👍 See More

I will say that this is different then I’m use to. But the reason I’m giving this hotel a 2 star rating is because some things stunk. Let’s start with the room the room was nice but the bathroom was... smaller then the closet. I’m six foot 9 and the toilet was so low I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The shower was ok wish they a stand up shower instead of a bathtub. The casino was nice but finding a drink lady was nearly impossible. Your putting money into the machine they should be around more often. Would I come back here probably not. See More

We were just there (4/17,18&19th) for 3 nights. Not having reservations for the17th, we came in early, Belkis & Mario was extremely helpful and friendly.. in finding us accommodations for the extra ni...ght. The room we had was beautiful, remodeled, very clean and comfortable.. view of the ocean was a bonus.. We also enjoyed the casino and restaurants.. I highly recommend the Resort Hotel and Casino..for a special getaway!!! See More

Valentines get away .. We stay at this resort alot... we normally book the executive suite in rendezvous tower... decided to try a Jr Coral suite room ... the room was a nice size .. two full bathro...oms .. no counters space in either bathrooms or hooks to hang up clothing after showering .. two large closets were nice ...we had a partial city and a view that overlooked the hotels HVAC or some sort of pumping station...terrible view the room smelled of smoke even tho it was a non smoking floor... during the night people were smoking in their rooms and you could smell it yech ...TV was small which didnt help since it was far from the bed ..
Sooooo we will go back to the rendevous tower and our usual room 😁

I have had nothing but good experiences since I have been.going there. Rooms are very clean,housekeeping is great,customer service is great,check in has always gone smooth pool is kept up great along ...with the hot tub ,the drink girls are very attentive can't wait for my first stay of the year the end of March see you then resorts See More

Just stayed the 18th for my birthday, had great time, comp nice room oceanview, seen good show , gambled but didn't win, everything great except for last 3 years they said they would text me when room... ready, never do,oh and nobody said happy birthday to me even though I said it was my birthday ,great time anyway, hopefully be back in july See More

Had never been there before, so we got there and got the rewards card. Loved that the parking garage led right into the casino from the elevator. Absolutely loved the food court being right on the c...asino level. Loved the many penny slots, played them all night. Can't wait to go back! See More

The only problem I had that there was no Microwave to heat up my baby’s Milk Bottles. I even called the Front Desk and they toled me they have no Microwave. had to use the Single Cup Coffe Pot to h...eat up Hot Water. They should have Microwaves in the Resorts for parents who have Babies or Children under 6 years of age. See More

Just got back from a 2 night stay. It was awful. The people in the next room were partying loudly and apparently smoking skunk weed, at times you could smell it in my room and in the hallway. Called a...nd complained about the noise, it was taken care of by a phone call. The place still stunk. Later on I was waken by my neighbors again at 4:30 am, to discover the reason they were yelling this time was the power was out, my neighbors were yelling and cursing, someone in the room told them to be quite and a male voice went into a barrage of profanity. I had to use my lighter to find the phone and call front desk, to find out what was happening, not to complain, no answer. Called security. They said they were doing a generator test on the whole building and that the power would be back up by 5:30 am. If I had any problems I could call the front desk! Ha ha they didn't answer the first time I called. Shouldn't guests be notified if you are planning a generator test? Was it really planned? I should have been notified at check in that on such and such night/morning they were doing this, instead I am woken by screaming and cursing in a dark room. I was fumbling around not knowing what was going on. Perhaps, if my neighbors, loud as they were would have been notified, I wouldn't have been shaken from my sleep and panic stricken. In the future I would sincerely hope that they would notify guests when they are "planning" tests of this kind. What if I had oxygen, sleep apnea machines etc. What if I wasn't normally a calm person and was startled out of bed thinking my neighbors were coming after me for complaining about them. A heads up would have been nice. See More

Great rate, newly refurbished rooms in the Ocean Tower. Good dinner and great breakfast at @Breadsticks inside the casino. All employees are very dedicated and friendly. Some restaurants only open Thu...rsday-Sunday. Can’t wait to come back. Lots of renovations in AC. See More

Very disappointed in the service and the attitude of the front desk people especially Matthew the weekday overnight person he promised me and my girl and our friends a comped room but we got charged 3...56$ and y’all took the 100$ security to so really y’all took 456$ from us
Y’all housekeeping people very rude banging on the door at 2pm calling the room phone non stop very poor customer service skills and y’all took money that was going to be used for my girls medical care y’all some messed up place never will be booking here again and I will be telling my girl to cancel our booking for April to y’all suck

Can't wait to visit again! We loved the clean updated rooms, the ocean view, the fast friendly service, and the things to do at this resort so much we stayed an extra night. I recommend the food at Br...eadsticks as a must for lunch/dinner, it was very yummy, texture and flavor blends were on point. And drinks at Bar One, bar tender came right over and didn't skimp on alcohol levels in my mixed drinks and made properly, also had good suggestions! Casino has tons of machines and tables to choose from and you can't beat the free drinks on the playing floor, just a heads up you will probably have to hail down the server as they're very busy running around orders. We also visited the spa for a dip in the hot tub and pool, plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, temps were perfect, nice and warm and the air was warm but not too hot also. I loved laying back after a dip in the hot tub and looking out the glass ceiling at the lit up ferris wheel and ocean tide. See More

Me and my husband stayed for only 2 days for a little R&R and was surprised that our room was so spacious the bathroom was a nice size and I just loved the shower for food we eat at ruby's diner for l...ate night snacks those fries awesome the only thing that I would suggest is more places for happy hour in the hotel the only place that had happy hour was margaritaville but other than that our stay was great See More

The front desk sucks and all need to be retrained and learn how to explain things to the customer when there checking and stop being rude to the people who happen to be paying there pay check. Also ho...use keeping need to stop banging on door non stop all morning long to clean room especially when guest have do not disturb signs on their door. Also explain everything upon companions rooms.( there not free comps). You still have to leave a deposit and pay resort fee. Everything needs to be explained before hand. Customer service sucks. Rooms were extremely clean. Also you should real post non seasonal hours for restaurants and the resort. Thanks See More
