I am so glad that Rezolution Wellness came into my life. I need to loose weight and gain lean muscle and at 63 years old I really wasn't sure how to accomplish this. The first thing Reggie did was to ...get me moving again with walking and short jogs, resistance exercises and cardio and each visit he made it more difficult and encouraged me to keep going when I would rather not. My confidence, energy level and strength have increased and I'm excited to see what month 2 brings. I also did the DNA Test that is available through his company and highly recommend it for everyone. Reggie reviewed the results, the suggested meal plans and supplements with me and the dietitians with the lab are also available for questions by email or phone. I have found Rezolution Wellness Company to be very professional and knowledgeable and I definitely recommend them. See More

Very appreciative of the results I've seen from this company in my family. Not only physically, but mentally as well. The confidence that is instilled with the work makes you want to keep up the work ...beyond original goals. I do and will continue to promote Rezolution Wellness Company. See More

This is why IDLife was created! Everyone on a prescription medication needs to be on vitamins customized to those medications!!

🐟 Magnesium not only plays a role in just about every metabolic function in the body, but it is an essential nutrient for those with autism.

🥑 Because a large number of those with autism also have some MTHFR variant, magnesium is critical as it improves methylation (as well as other nutritional and metabolic statuses like oxidative stress).

...

🥜 Magnesium also plays well with other vitamins and needs to be consumed daily (as it is a water solvable vitamin that you will flush out with functioning kidneys).

🍌 As it pertains to autism, one study found that, when combined with B6, "magnesium has been shown to increase general well-being, awareness, and attention in approximately 45% of autistic children."

🌱 Although available in plenty of healthy food items (I have used them as emojis here), soil quality and genetic engineering of food has made it difficult to get enough magnesium in on a daily basis (especially in picky eaters); therefore, it's best to supplement with a pharmaceutical grade magnesium supplement (quality is key).

- More to come on autism nutrition this entire month!

*Disclaimer with all of my posts: some vitamins play well together, some don't; some one person needs and another does not. Make sure your vitamins are customized to you by running your family history and medications through the IDLife health assessment

We will like to take the time to congratulate one of our athletes/clients on a job well done.

Story :

Great athlete and a even better student. Last year suffered an injury. His road to recovery was good but sometimes mentally tough.....

...

Not only did he return to the field of play in no time but he came back with a mindset to WIN!

We've been working with him consistently since December 2016, 3 days a week.

Prior to his injury he clocked a 4.7 in the 40 yard dash.

A year out recovery March 11, 2017 he clocked a 4.5 at the Adidas Rivals combine.

Now just a little over 2 weeks later, he has clocked his fastest ever at the Dallas Adidas Rivals combine of 4.47... Finishing (correction) #33 out of 2700 athletes attended..

Give it up for this STUDENT athlete.
Oh and he's getting looks from Ivy League programs!!!
