The worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle ever. From the moment I stepped in they took advantage of my situation and neglected to make anything right what so ever. The finance person who did... nothing but lie to me about things including making me purchase a $3000 extended warranty was later fired for unethical work practices. I barely got a sorry. Then getting them to pay off my previous vehicle was a nightmare. Now a month and a half after canceling the extended warranty that I was forced to buy they still have not sent the money to the finance company. Every time you talk to someone you get a different answer and the "well sorry they didn't know what they were talking about." Seems to be a lot of that going around at this location. I wouldn't suggest anyone buy a vehicle there if you have any other options. Also I never received my second key that I was supposed to get or my $50 gift card I was promised for taking a survey afterwards. See More

After buying one car there i brought my daughter back. She put $3,000 down on a car and they let her drive it six weeks and now she has to return it because the finance company cap one didnt approve t...he loan. They found another company and now wants $1000 more down. After planning to come back monday they call Saturday and threaten to send repo out per his manager. These people are crooks. They should know if they can get these people approved and All over 1000$ as I used to be in car sales I never seen anything like this. Great Customer service on our experience getting a 3500 Chevrolet dump truck
Due to a different Chevrolet Dealerships with not really good service and very bad experiences like the one in Duluth �
Ky...le Lovett very professional Salesman who was taking care of us did a great deal for us and didn’t let us walk out without getting for us an aggressive deal that we couldn’t resist �
Totally recommend him and all the team at this location in Buford
Now we are coming back to get a new truck 2500 Silverado �

During the course of my ‘customer experience’ buying a Suburban I waited 56 minutes after saying ‘yes’ to actually see a finance person. I voiced my concern and the GM there said how that wasnt accept...able and he would send me a $250 gift card - never happened, even after reminding via email my rep on 4 occassions. Furthermore, I have a ‘we owe’ doc to fix a busted bumper that was only noticed by me and wasnt shared with me during the sale process - I was told on 2/9/18 that i wld be contacted in a couple of days by svc dept - again, no such luck. As someone who overseas a couple of hundred people themselves and works with 2568 sales people I know there is nothing more important than doing what you say you are going to do - dont expect it from here See More

Jackson Royal was one the most best Sales man I've encountered. He is patience & he made sure I received a great deal on my new car purchase. I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this dealership on February 21, 2018. I was prepared to enter this dealership and purchase a vehicle because I worked with them over the months and they ...seemed willing to work with me. However, when I arrived, my original salesperson, Ryan was not there (we had a scheduled appointment). They sent George to work with me and he listened to my situation and got, David the manager. David was rude and basically said it was "IMPOSSIBLE" to assist me. I was flabbergasted. I worked with them before and had no problems. He tried to say that my salesperson didn't know what he was talking about. Luckily, I had my brother with me who explained the story. George was a little more understanding, but David, who is the used car financial manager, was still rude, basically saying that he wouldn't be able to work with me. In the meantime, we have asked for George and David's business cards, which they NEVER provided. Now this is becoming another issue. Again, it was explained that I had purchase orders from this location and I had put a $1500 down payment on a used vehicle. David brings back two agreements which were complete insults. When I called the loan companies, they said they hadn't received a complete application and told me the procedure. Needless to say, after a couple of hours later, there was still no resolution. I must say that they stuck to their rude guns. And when we decided to leave neither George or David assisted. They had my keys and we didn't know where they were. After the front desk called, another guy, I didn't even get his hands, just handed me my keys. And we still weren't provided business cards. See More

We bought a truck in 2016 and has had a great experience from the day we bought it. We do maintenance and all right here. Had a tree fall on it and had no problems getting it in and out of the repair ...shop in a timely fashion. Love that our salesman still calls two years later to check on everything! See More

I wasn't sure I could even get a loan, but they got me in the car I wanted at a really good interest rate and the monthly payment I needed.... I bought my car January 1st 2016. My first NEW car since 1972. During the test drive the car ran out of gas 1/2 mile from the dealership. It was late and the store was closed before the paperwork was ...finished. I had my first tire problem on Monday, April 9th. I had never needed the lock for the locking lug nut so I never looked for it. In fact I didnt know it had a lock one. When I went to Rick Hendricks they said I could buy one for $80. I was owed one. It should have come with my NEW car. David Blood had them take all 4 lock nuts off and put regular lugs on FREE OF CHARGE. (Oh boy) i ask them to give me my lock nuts, which I have. I feel I'm still owed a lock key for my lugs. This was not an unreasonable request. By the way my car has less than 16000 miles so it should be understandable that I did not lose, throw away, or ever ever see my lock key as was suggested. The used car manager said it should of been in the bag with the manual. I didn't get a manual so they had to order me one and I had to pick it up a week later. They should of mentioned then that I probably should check for a lug nut key. There is NO service at Rick Hendrick. See More

Had a wonderful experience with my buying process here. Crystal was able to email me options and the difference btw two vehicles I was looking into buying.
