Tell people what you think

Today I stopped in to change my autopay after my checkbook was stolen and I have since had to move my accounts, though I do not have my new checks yet. Rather than being met with compassion and servic...e, I was met with hostility, rudeness, and basically accusing me of forging the form I recieved from my bank that states all of the information needed to access my new account. I have been a loyal customer of rfmu for the last eight years, at three different addresses in River Falls, and have never missed a payment. Today you have really let down and hurt a customer. So, yes, I will change it online, with the information that I have, but I do not appreciate being treated as a criminal! Most especially being the victim of a crime. You need to think more carefully how you treat others. You could have just said that my form wouldn't work and I can change it online. But you didn't and you made me feel like garbage. See More

We have had a couple weather related outages recently. The open communication and work to get everyone back online has been amazing. We take for granted the ability to flip on a switch for electricity... . Thank you for working hard day to day to ensure we can See More

I didn't not see anything on your FB page, nor the towns paper about a citywide water meter change out / cross connection inspection. What is the deal?

As a public power utility, we value the education of our community and show it by bringing in the National Theater for Children. This past week they performed educational plays to Greenwood, Westside, Rocky Branch and St. Bridget's elementary schools. These guys do a great job making energy education and safety fun. They certainly had us cracking up. #nationaltheaterforchildren, #wppienergy, #publicpower

Please proceed with caution at this intersection. Pedestrians, you may wish to use one of the orange flags to cross the street. Then, just leave it in the receptacle on the other side. Take care!

Thrilled to partner with the Sunshine Fund and Girls Basketball to put on a fun softball toss fundraiser. Money raised will be used to bring a little "sunshine" into the lives of those in need.. The little lady with the green hair and cute smile walked away with $100 in chamber checks for her winning shot!

All garbage truck drivers from Advanced Disposal are "on the route" this morning for Tuesday pick-up. May be a bit of a slow go so please be patient. You can help by having your cans accessible and clear of snow if possible.
