Pretty things I saw at Canada Blooms.
Thinking about spring weddings.
Can't believe I haven't posted in so long. So many beautiful flowers have passed through my hands! Just no time to photograph them 😞
This nightstand has flowers in a vintage crystal candy dish. The sparkly trees were from Ikea 🙂
I thought these chubby cactus needed a cheeky touch.
We happened to find some gorgeous peonies for the wedding this past weekend. That rich wine colour was perfect for a late November wedding.
The dining table design for the home tour. A different take on a 'Christmas centrepiece'.
The home tour is a chance for us to play a little with flowers and foliage. This green/ silver/ platinum combination was perfect for the homeowner's neutral paint pallette. Check out paint colour Revere pewter. #joyhometour
Almost finished! There are battery operated mini lights in the lanterns to give a little sparkle in the evenings
Working on the home's exterior today. It was actually perfect weather - cool and sunny. It's amazing how much more fun it is when you're not freezing and wet!
Time to work on ideas for the Joy Christmas Home Tour. (Nov 17-18) I love the homes on this year's tour!
Why choose between a tiara and a flower crown when you can have both? 😊
Beautiful live-edge tables enhanced with gold painted wine bottles, and lush foliages.
This bouquet was made with grapevine, kale, thistle, succulents, juniper, cedar, seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus, dogwood berries, creeping thyme and moss. A woodland beauty!
This is one way to have flowers for a fall wedding without being red and orange. Rich colours, softened with the sandy roses and dahlias and sage foliages.
