Amanda was wonderful as a service representa
tive but when she was unavailabl e it was hard to get them to call us back. The time frame was a little lengthy for the small problem we had! At first it wa...s an overnight problem then another until they had it 5 days... They offered a loaner which we appreciate d but declined. The price was a very high on the labor end for a very inexpensiv e part... I love working with the dealership we purchased from but a second opinion may be in the stars next time we have a problem .
This week I had the pleasure of working with Amanda in the service department
. They efficientl y fixed a warranty issue and discovered several safety issues that needed to be fixed. The service team f...ixed all issues within two days and kept me updated along the way. Today while I was at the gym I managed to lock myself out of the loaner vehicle they provided me. I called Amanda my service rep and she sent the courtesy shuttle to open the vehicle. It was very pleasant experience . They will have all my business from this point forward.
Jaime, my service advisor, was fantastic.
Very thorough going over what was done on my vehicle, and even though it was in for it’s 97,500 service check -up, they were very honest in what needed and d...idn’t need to be done. He even walked me to my car and opened the door for me to get in. Now THAT’S taking care of your customers 👍😊

My oil change “scheduled
appointmen t” was at 9:00am Saturday morning I (my husband )arrived and was checked in by 8:40.....i t was two hours later before they pulled my car to the back to start on it a...nd they did the oil change in 30 minutes... ..Car was pulled back out and sat ready another 45 minutes before they called me to sign paperwork and pick up keys . Spent 3 1/2 hours to get a scheduled oil change ....not happy.

Rivertown Buick checked out an old car i have. The car was checked from front to rear all systems. The cost to repair the car was more than the value of the car so no work was completed.
Rivertown has... a customer for life. Their representa tives were all profession al and friendly.
Always taken care of here. I have a Hyundai but this is the place I trust with my repairs. Always fast, efficient,
and the work is done right everytime. Techs aren't trying to upsell things that aren't needed.
My husband and I had a truly amazing experience
when purchasing his truck recently. As you know, purchasing a vehicle is stressful enough, but Charles Robinson was our sales guy and he was absolutely ...phenomenal from start to finish! We’ve shopped around and purchased a few cars/ trucks in the past and out of everyone we have ever had to deal with, he definitely provided top notch service! Charles and one of the managers were able to help get us in the truck we wanted & they both even stayed late in order to finalize everything that same day since we had our sons birthday party the next day. Service took a little too long. Had a 10:00 Appt and was there for almost two hrs. Maybe that should have been expected since I got my tires rotated along with the oil change except it didn’t take qui...te as long before.
Stopped at this location on my way on a camping trip. My diesel was having a problem in this dealership
fixed it and got me on my way in a matter of a couple hours.than ks for keeping our camping trip in tact.

Day 3 of my 2012 GMC Terrain in shop for repair. Purchased it just one year ago with extended warranty. 36 month 50 thousand mile wrap coverage included. Was not offered a loaner and was told vehicle ...had to be approved by warranty department
before work could be done and rent a car provided. Apparently once the hooks are in your in their mercy. Totally displeased how things are going. A person, let alone a veteran should be treated better. I guess $22000.00 wasn't enough.

As a Camaro owner, I should go to the Chevy dealership
but I will only deal with Rivertown GMC. Their customer service is top notch and the service department is always quick and efficient.
Your time isn't valued as a customer here. On many occasions called to tell me that my truck is ready and every time I come here my truck is not ready. I dropped it off at 7:30 this morning and they c...alled me at 3:15 to let me know it was ready to go so I left work. When I got here it still had work to be done on it and now it's well after 5:30 and I sit here doing a review versus driving home. #dontshopr

I dropped my car off at 8 am , I asked for a complete brake and front suspension
check up. they called and confirmed I needed my front brakes replaced and sway bar bushing replaced, they quoted the re...pairs needed, I gave approval, they had my car ready by 5pm. The shuttle picked me up at my house and my car was waiting, all repairs completed, less than the quoted amount. Very satisfied with the service.
