This week for Wellness Wednesday we show you a Manmaker. This builds off of the renegade row and adds components of a burpee and a clean and press.
You can modify these by doing push ups from your knees, and by stepping your feet in and out instead of jumping.
Try doing ten of these as fast as you can!
