I feel much more comfortable here than any of the local gyms. I appreciate the friendly and very helpful staff here, and it's clean, makes me WANT to work out here.

Great, supportive staff, great group exercise classes, nice pool and great mix of equipment for cardio and weight training. Variety in all for what suits my needs and keeps me interested. 5 stars!

If you are a serious triathlete, you will likely find it hard to enjoy your workout at this Y. Very limited opportunity to swim laps and when you can people refuse to circle swim because they say the...y don't know how. And lifeguards won't enforce the rules. Plus, management has done a poor job of managing conflicts during transitions between classes, which has only served to create greater annoyance and conflict. Overall, they need to communicate the rules and then enforce them. Meanwhile, I'm going to find someplace else to work out. See More

I don't appreciate my child and other children being neglected because an employee who just had a baby is hanging out in the day care area and everyone is too concerned with holding her baby. I AM PAY...ING TO BE HERE, she is not! This is unprofessional and should not be allowed! I get that she is bored, but I am seriously paying to be here. I am paying for people to be watching over my children and not taking care of a baby who not paying to be here. See More

The group exercise classes are great. Plenty to choose from for all fitness levels. A special shout out to yoga instructor Colette. She hits the right balance of challenge without judgement.

I took my grandson for basketball this morning, whoops, it starts next week. Of course he was disappointed until Sean said "let's go play soccer" ! After a hour + workout, next Saturday will include ...basketball AND soccer. See More

This week for Wellness Wednesday we show you a Manmaker. This builds off of the renegade row and adds components of a burpee and a clean and press. You can modify these by doing push ups from your knees, and by stepping your feet in and out instead of jumping. Try doing ten of these as fast as you can! Check back again next week for another edition of #wellnesswednesday
