Today me, my friend and our two little girls went to see beauty and the beast, we arrived and had to ask where the baby changing area was. The chap that I asked was very helpful and pointed me in the ...right direction,
when I walked past him again he asked where we was sitting, he then asked us if we would like to watch the panto from a box instead as one was free !!! This really did make our afternoon exciting but also relaxing having so much room ! Thank you very much mr man

Anyone see Matthew Bourne's Cinderella
and sat on the right hand side of the theatre? Or if you are going good luck. Apparently their is a father in a wheelchair , a staircase which Cinderalla comes do...wn, later a bed and a cafe. All of which you won't see if you are sat on the right hand side. A third of the dancing takes place on the right hand corner, so unless you are in the middle of the theatre, you wil miss it. The tickets we had on the dress circle C1 to C9 didn't say restricted view so we paid full price to see 2/ 3rds of the productions. It really spoilt the night. We had the tickets for nearly a year and left very disappoint ed. We complained to the manager at the second interval who apologised and offered to move 5 of us but after queing to get in to the ladies toilet there wasn't time for all of us to move before the bell. Anyone have a similiar experience ?
Great venue and staff but the pantomime was a disappoint
ment. I brought my daughter to the pantomime for her first time yesterday. I was also taken as a child and have fantastic memories of your panto...mime. I had a very excited daughter who wanted to be shouting 'he's behind you' and 'oh no he isnt' etc but there was none of that. I appreciate there has to be an element of adult humour but it felt like there was far too much of it. The 3d element as well was a bit of a shock, we were told to put 3d glasses on for an 'enchanted wood' that then went on to terrify. My daughter quickly threw her glasses off and did not enjoy this. I fail to see how this added to the enjoyment of 'family' pantomime. We left feeling very disappoint ed. Although the staff in the theatre bar and throughout the venue are a real credit to you.

After watching Blondie on 7th Nov which i enjoyed i would just like to mention the spot lights at the front of the stage which seemed to point directly towards the audience alot of the time which i f...ound most annoying . Especially
the second tier left of the stsge where we were sitting . The people sat at the front row had to sit with their hands over their eyes and i had to keep looking away as if i looked at the stage i got blinded and could not see the artist at some points as i was just blinded by light. There seemed no point to this why would we want bright spot lights pointing towards our faces and pay £50 for the privaledge . Can you pls look into this and review it as it ruined the concert for me and i do not want to be paying and have this experience again. I did not notice it the previous night for Omd so was it someone different just going mad with them im confused .
