A truly excellent location for our family holiday, we travelled to Florida Keys for the first time from the UK and the facilities and accommodation are excellent. Once again we had a fabulous vacation here. The only issue we had was our stay wasn’t long enough. Kevin and Meghan are the best! Every unit has everything you need. Just stayed in Unit #3 and had an awesome time. These condos are individually owned, so some are more updated than others.The owners of #3 have recently done lots of upgrades/remodeling and it looks f...abulous! It is painted in bright colors and has a great tropical vibe and charm, with loads of tropical and beachy decor. There is plenty of new furniture, along with new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, updated glasses/dishes/utensils in the kitchen, and three new flat screen TVs. The pool is large and very warm, and there is a nice view of the pool and ocean from the screened porch. The folks who run the place (Becky, Kevin, and Megan) go out of their way to accommodate your needs and are very helpful and friendly. There is lots to do in Marathon, including some great restaurants (the owners have left menus of some of their favorites for you to peruse). I would definitely stay here again and again...loved it! We had a great time. The pool and beach is so relaxing. Very quiet and enjoyable, not many kids. The restaurants in the area are very affordable, good food and the staff very friendly. We ate at Frank...'s Grill, italian food was delicious and very filling. The chocolate cake was to die for. The marathon grill was great, 2 for 1 specials. The Islander was another favorite.. We had a great stay.
Our kind of place. Nice and quiet with all the amenities. Pool is nice and warm all the time. If you have really cool down you can take a quick dip in the ocean.

Hi Everyone! This is Meghan posting with an update about our upcoming rental season:

We are working hard to clean-up, restore and repair after getting hit by category 4 Hurricane Irma. It is quite a process!
We have projected the date of December 15, 2017 for being officially open, and that's allowing for some wiggle room. We do not expect any reservations AFTER that date to be affected by the storm situation, bearing no major complications. Of course, there are always variables in these situations, but we will let you know if any other factors arise that will affect a visit to Royal Plum Club.
Please bear with us as we re-open our office and get back online. We have only recently had our internet restored, and our office power was off and on while being worked on. We appreciate your patience during this period.
