Finally, I have quit teaching online classes and editing in order to give myself time to write. I'll be updating you on progress on A TALE OF TALES starting in a couple of weeks. Need to wrap up a couple of little projects and teach a workshop in Colorado this next week, but I'm excited to get back into writing!

From the time that I was a teen, I’d wanted to write a fantasy series. In fact, my first two attempts at fiction writing were both fantasy novels, but as I got into college I began writing other t…

Just so people know, I am rapidly finishing book 9 of the Runelords and expect to get it done very soon. (A matter of weeks.)

I've also written three stories for a new prequel series to the Runelords.

There is some other cool news coming up on the series, but I won't have it until mid-June, I think. So stay in touch!

I always think it's an honor to be included in a book bundle. I say "yes" every chance I get! I love that it allows marries established and debut authors, all great books, and offers them at prices readers can afford--because they set the price. Add to that the opportunity to donate to a charity as part of your purchase price? Like I said ... it's an honor.

St. George, UT. (PRWEB) April 07, 2015 -- Book Bundling has proven to be a winning new concept for book buyers; buyers have fun while saving great deals of money. Meanwhile, Humble Bundle says they raised $4.5 million in 2014, $1.2 million of it going to charities.

So many fans have been asking: When will the last Runelords book come out? David Farland is working on it. He had to restart it several times to get the opening right. We don't have a release date yet, but it's still going to happen.

Some of you have wondered, "What's going on with the Runelords?" Well, here are some updates.

David is still working on A TALE OF TALES.
He's also been working on and editing a screenplay of the first Runelords book, with the hopes it will be made into a movie in the future
There might be a new type of Runelords book series to check out or collect someday, but I won't say too much (let's just say it has lots of pictures, with just a little less text)

Just a note to let you know that I'm working on A TALE OF TALES still. I'm 500 pages into it, so it won't be long!
