** Update. The General Manager, Jake, called me promptly after my review. He has taken care of the issues to my satisfaction. I will be picking up my car later today.

I am very dissatisfied with the ...service I have received up to this point. I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento on February 16, 2018. It was traded in that day so I understood when they said they needed to keep it until it could get detailed and new tires. The following Monday comes and the detail guy is out so I have to wait another day. I pick up the car on Tuesday the 20th. Drive it home and then right back to the dealership because the AC is blowing out hot air. The service department finally finds a leak on Thursday and has to order a part. Was told the part will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Saturday they receive the part but it still has not been installed on my car. Today, Monday the 26th, I call a little after 10am and am told it may be tomorrow (Tuesday) before the car is ready. I have purchased this vehicle over a week ago and have had it in my possession for a total of 15 minutes! Still do not have it! In addition to all of this.... I test drove a brand new Sorento before purchasing the 2016. While on the test drive we break down on the side of the interstate!! Ran out of gas!! We wait on the side of the interstate in the pouring rain for nearly 30 minutes before someone came to give us gas and we were literally 3 minutes from the dealership! After purchasing my vehicle and being told I'll get it once detailed, I was given a loaner Sorento with bad tires. I drove it over that weekend in the rain and it was very slick. After discovering the the AC issue, I was given an Optima as a loaner. It has a razor blade in the back seat. I don't have children but if I did and one of them was cut... not good. Once I feel this situation has been properly remedied I will change my review. Daniel, salesman, has been good to work with and I in no way blame him for all the events that have unfolded. Management needs to be aware of all these issues and fix them for future customers. At this point, I will not be recommending Rusty Wallace Kia to anyone. See More

Since 2006 my family members have purchased a total of 12 vehicles from the Rusty Wallace family. Additionally, I have another family member driving a used Kia. We have purchased Kia’s because of quality and more importantly their safety rating. Today we purchased our 13th Kia from Rusty Wallace in Knoxville to replace our 2017 KIA Sorento which I unfortunately collided with a power pole last Monday evening on icy roads. Sadly it was totaled, but the vehicle lived up to its 5 Star safety rating by containing the damage to the front of the vehicle and not the passenger compartment as it was designed to do. I walked away with only minor injuries thanks to the vehicle absorbing the collision. I can’t thank Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville enough for selling me a Life Saver and for The KIA corporation for making a safe vehicle.
When we purchased our 2017 Sorento last May we knew it was safe. I never planned on testing that safety, but I was glad I was in it during my recent accident.
As we drove our our new 2018 Sorento away from the dealership today we did so with the knowledge that we were driving one of the safest vehicles in the automotive industry today. Thanks to Ray, Ditto, Dean and all the folks at Rusty Wallace Kia for making us feel like family.

My husband and I live in ky. We had been told to check out rusty Wallace Kia. So we did, we had been shut down by everyone. We were out of options. We called them and told them what we had and what we... wanted. We told them multiple time that our trade in was not paid for. They call us back and we are in hopes of good news, and man did we get it. Told me to come and sign for my Ford flex that I had wanted. So we get on the road and head towards Knoxville. We pull up I refuse to drive until I'm about to sign the payment papers. Told me no worries the car was mine. So I am so excited. This was my birthday present. Start signing paper work to only realize he messed up and put our car that we had on trade in was paid for.. again we told them on multiple occasions that it wasn't. So now they are asking for more money. Mind you I'm now stuck in TN and my children are in Kentucky with family. I'm mad. We get more money, ok now we are back on track for the flex I'm again super excited. It is now about 4.. paper work starts rolling again. I have called and got insurance on the car. Already have insurance just waiting on the paper work. It is now 6... Guess what they come back and tell me they simple can't do it. Are you kidding me. We have to meet family to go get our kids. They loan us a rental car that my husband said was a awful car, he could barely turn the steering wheel, almost like there was no power steering. My husband comes back with kids. They tell me they can get me in a Chevy traverse that had been traded in... Not cleaned or detailed. Hadn't even had the oil changed. Did not offer to put me in a loaner car until they could even get it done over the weekend. Put me in the traverse and sent me on my way. Had to call and change the car on my insurance. Very displeased with the dealer. Will never go back to Kia to purchase. Still owe me a detailing and a oil change... Btw had to get the oil changed today and pay out of pocket. Ruthless people. they sent me on a emotional rollercoaster and didn't care one bit. I love the car I got but it's not what I was told I was approved for. See More

I went once to look at a vehicle, made an appointment to come back but had to reschedule. For about a week I received calls and text messages from Reno Torres a sales consultant at the Callahan drive ...location . If I didn't pick up the phone or text back fast enough he would send a very rude and unprofessional text . I was called immature THROUGH TEXT for losing connection while we were on the phone . I do not plan on purchasing a car here anymore , with the hopes of not being harassed by anymore "sales consultants ". ..... wouldn't recommend coming here. See More

Been dealing with this dealership since May, car constantly burning oil to the point it doesn't even register on my dipstick. I'm so sick of taking it in and hearing we will keep a check on it and the...n they pour more oil in it. How long does this crap have to go on? I've even called Kia consumer affairs my car is under warranty and this is BS! I am not leaving the dealership until I talk to the manager of the dealership See More

If we had known that this dealership wasn't anything like the other ones we had sworn off due to pushy salesmen and crazy high markups, we wouldn't have dragged our feet for so long on finally getting... a much needed car. I can't speak highly enough of Brandon Dykes for the knowledge he shared with us in our search and the patience he had with us as we explored all of our options. He was able to answer all of our questions and we feel confident that we made the right choice to fit our family. Joe made the paperwork a breeze and Ray even fed us lunch while we signed the papers! I was at the dealership yesterday and was looking at a used Ford f150 crew cab priced at 20k. It was leaking water from the catalytic converter and the tail pipe. The sales manager told me that every ...vehicle on the lot would do that. The truck was out of alignment and had no tread on the inside of the front tired but good tread toward the outside. For 20k I would expect a safe vehicle to drive home. Needless to say I left. See More
