This does not mean that Banks have stopped taking applications. By the time your loan works its way into funding/approval, the shut down should be over. Typically an SBA loan takes 45 days anyway.

It's funny they want to build a wall to keep others from stealing our jobs. But want to take money and shut down government programs that actually employ people to build this wall
