...before stoppin...g off in Ankara on his way home for dinner in Moscow to announce that Turkey will this week purchase the S-400 air-defense system from Russia and issue a joint statement with Erdogan condemning Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital as "destabilizing the Middle East."
All in a day's work.
