I always love Salad and Go. They usually always get my order right. This time it was a bit more complicated. I got a salad for me and a wrap for my boyfriend. B...oth had some ingredients we requested to leave out. This time around I was pretty disappointed. I asked for my boyfriends salad dressing on the side so he can try it. Everything about the order was right except for this very important part. They put it in the wrap... I cant easily remove the dressing from the wrap and my boyfriend is not enjoying this dressing......I failed to check my order before I left because of my high trust with Salad and Go. Now I'm at home, far away from the store and that was his only chance at dinner. Is there anything you can do to make up for this unpleasant experience or am I at a loss? 😞 Thanks. عرض المزيد

Salad and go is usually great. Usually.

Tonight I ordered 2 salads, 1 southwest caesar with dressing tossed in and 1 cobb with dressing on the side. I got hom...e and realized they didn't give me the dressing on the side for the cobb. I tried to call 2 of the phone numbers listed for them, but they both go to the same recording which says there's no one available to take my call. So I drive back to salad and go for the dressing. The manager was super nice, apologized emphatically, gave me a free smoothie, and put me on the "customer refund list." Unfortunately when i got home the second time I realized that the replacement blue cheese dressing I asked for was actually caesar.

The mistakes are not a big deal, and I'm sure the cobb will taste fine with caesar dressing, but the fact that I drove there twice and still didn't end up with what I ordered is annoying. And the fact that all of their phone lines go to the same recording so you aren't able to reach the actual store to speak with someone is so frustrating! And also bad customer service.

I'll be double checking everything before I drive away from now on! عرض المزيد

My family and I went to the one on Williams Field for the first time last night. The food was amazing except for the fact that we are vegetarian and they put ch...icken in one of the wraps.

We ordered 5 things, 3 salads and 2 wraps. We had ordered all without chicken and when they read it back they had added chicken to 2. So we said no meat in anything. They said okay. When we got to the window they even confirmed the order.

We parked in the parking lot of my son's school to eat before his game. The first bite I took of the Greek wrap had chicken in it. I was completely grossed out.

My daughter will occasionally eat meat so she switched with me and I ate her salad. We didn't have time to go back or we would have missed the basketball game.

I was very excited to try this place especially being vegetarian and will definitely be back for a salad but will be staying away from the wraps. عرض المزيد

Would highly recommend that corporate take a visit to the Mesa location and provide a refresher on customer service with the staff. Stopped by yesterday to orde...r two items, decided to make one change to my order and it was as if I was challenging the cashier to a street battle. He definitely was not happy that I ask for the change and it showed through in the service he provided when I went to pay for the items I ordered. Super nice to the customers before us, but not cool with us. Will stick with the Gilbert locations from now on! عرض المزيد

Recovering from surgery and not wanting to cook... Friend stored and got me the Greek salad and chili. The salad was good without the dressing.... I added chick...en... Today I'll get a few more pieces with the salad. Excellent!! The chili is a bit spicy but good. I added a few more beans to take it down some. عرض المزيد

First time there 09-23-2016 for lunch.
Had the Crisp Apple & Bacon with added Shrimp salad and a Pumpkin and Chai smoothie. They were both very good. The salad... was the freshest I've ever had from a drive through. And also so a generous portion that I was only able to eat half my salad, I'm saving the rest for later. I'll be back!
I just thought they were a little pricey ... $15.00 something for the salad & a small smoothie & shrimp added to the salad. Still way more than a normal fast food place. عرض المزيد

Love Salad and Go for a healthy option. I go atleast twice a week with my daughter, we are super excited about the new fall items! I have had issues too sometim...es though, we go to the higley/Williams Field location. They've only gotten my order wrong once, but sometimes the food itself is subpar. Just yesterday my avocado was so brown I had to throw it away, really they shouldn't be serving it like that. Also, sometimes the chicken is fatty, has gross stuff in it and we have to spit out can't even chew it. I wish their chicken was of better quality:) عرض المزيد

I had the Asian with sesame seed chicken added to it. The ingredients are good but the connection with the flavor was not there. Almost tasted like it was created from a book instead of someone actually tasted it and knew what it tasted like.

Went for the first time today and it was great. My salad was fresh and crisp. Most definitely worth it to try. I'm ready to go back for other delicious salads and a smoothie!

Got lunch today at the one on Cooper and Warner. Not as good this time. They really skimped on the dark green lettuce and shrimp. Bummer cause I use to really like it. Mayb bad people working there i dunno

I finally got the chance to go to this place the one on lower buckeye. I ordered the BBQ Ranch Wrap with chicken, let me just tell you it was freaking amazing! It was humungas it looked more like a burrito than a wrap � and I only paid $6. I will definitely be coming back!

First time here yesterday and my salad looked a bit small but looks are deceiving it definitely was not small it was filling and I loved it. I can't wait until the Chandler location opens next year I will be a regular. �

We actually went back in December, everything tasted great! I got a wrap and a soup my husband got a salad. The only thing I would say I wish was different would have to be no croutons in the wrap.

I had it for the first time yesterday. I ate their chicken caesar wrap and had a lemonade to drink. Yummy wrap and their lemonade was refreshing and delicious!!!! I will eat there more frequently when I don't feel like cooking!!!

Check out this video of Chef Patino preparing the lemongrass for our first Seasonal Superfood Smoothie: The Peach, Basil and Lemongrass Smoothie. Chef Patino learned about lemongrass when he was selected to represent the State of California on a cooking tour in Vietnam. What other drive-thru fast food restaurant is releasing the flavors of lemongrass by hand at each location for their menu? Making drive-thru fast food better and healthier!

Sometimes it sure is nice to hear a friendly voice.
