I have loved Sam's all my life. It is my favorite restaurant
Today however... our server who was nice enough but clearly busy was very impersonal
This upset me very much. No matter the size of the party they should be treated as a guest not a bother. It takes incredible

My wife and I have been dining at Sam's for 20 years! I've never had a bad meal. We went last night and had dinner, I took some of my dinner home, ( the portion...s are huge!) I woke up this morning and made eggs with my leftovers.

I've been going here since I was little. My dad always took me to eat here as we are from the cape. Now as a adult when we come down, we make sure we eat here e...verytime we are here. I'm super picky and just like simple nachos. My bf is the one who likes the Mexican food. But they always make both our food really good and never any complaints

Usually, we have friendly staff helping us and food is great. This time, I wasn't impressed with our server and food was good except my husband's dish wasn't hot

We had a small work function in the back bar area for two of our co workers retiring! Food was great and our personal waitress, Melissa, was very attentive and personable

My Husband and I were in last night for dinner. As always the food and drinks were top notch. We are frequent guests at both the Hyannis and Plymouth locations.... It is one of our "go to" restaurant
We have to be careful where we eat, because I have Celiac Disease. This really limits my options. The wait staff are always so amazing and courteous.

The food is delicious and the service is as equally good!! I wish it wasn't only once a year that I get to enjoy it. Maybe you should open another restaurant

- Great customer service !! Not !! Made reservation for party of 12 no... discounts no coupons (vacation week is excuse) were all local and wanted tp gibe tjem business ,when I called to cancel because of this I asked for management to give me a call very politely so they knew the reason we were cancelling ..because they should know why I was cancelling and the woman I was talking to was rude and said they have no need to call me and hung up on me !! - Had dinner last night, first time. The blonde that sat us had zero ...personality, tossing our menus on the table, walking away. Our server was the opposite. Friendly, happy, and attentive. The chicken salad was fresh and delicious, tad over priced but really good, same with steak fajitas. We'll be back! عرض المزيد
