Just been to my 1st kettle bell class and I can honestly say I hate exercise with a passion but I've already put my name down for next week, everyone in the class was lovely, no one was judgemental a...bout me not being able to keep up, the teacher was great in demonstrating and reassuring everyone about taking things at their own pace whilst still keeping everyone motivated!! I'm gona tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me about this great class and fab ladies gym!!!! See More

i have been going to the gym for 10 month and through a healthy diet and workouts at the gym i have lost 2 and half stone .the instructors are great and really make you work in the classes .

A great gym with friendly instructors and member's, I go to body bar box, pilates, legs bums and tums and fitsteps and enjoy them all. I have to say that although I enjoy them all I really love because it's so much fun you forget you're working out. See More
