Sunday (05/31/20) Update:
Saturday night went smooth in SCV without any notable activity. Our deputies remain on high alert, and stand ready to assist our community, and neighboring areas if needed.
We truly appreciate all of the support. Our partners at CHP and deputies from other LASD patrol stations were reaching out on Saturday, asking if there was anything we needed. Dozens of deputies from other stations deployed throughout the day to be onhand 'just in case.'
The support from our community too has been remarkable. Thanks for looking out for each other. The combination of everything makes Santa Clarita Clarita a very resilient community. Like many of the other challenges that have presented themselves, we will get through this. Stay safe SCV!
