My Pixilatied Plaid Market Basket found itself a home on Saturday and the Trenton Quilt Festival. So did all 3 of my 2 Spools and Tools Sewing Baskets. So, since the weather is going to be iffy all day... I think I'll weave something to replace them!

Had a couple of great people stop by and weave with me all day on Friday. Bitty baskets, and one huge "Irish Potato Basket", based on an old, grainy, black and white picture of Irish farmers harvesting potatoes with a couple of baskets. Had a great hamburger at the nearby diner, and lots of laughs, too!

Katie is a natural teacher. Her instructions are concise and easy to understand. She makes learning fun, and has lots of great anecdotes.
I’m looking forward to making many more!

Took my first class with Katie today. I loved it . What a great teacher, and if we did anything wrong we blamed it on Joe....
