we ordered food from Foodora. The food came late, the ramen broth spilled all in the bag and dripped... all over the floor... because they ran out of styrofoam cups. There was pork pieces missing in one of the ramen orders... Just really poor service. Called the restaurant about it and Tommy was nice enough to ran in 10 minutes to bring us broth (because they didn't know how to refund us since it is through foodora...) excellent food and ramen is phenomenal!! BUT, it seems like the team is not well organized for such ...a peanut sized place... we waited a long time to get served and they forgot (or maybe just not there yet with us) our ice cream. we decided to forgo the dessert after a while. Good place to go if you have to spend 1h30 to eat ramen - dont get me wrong they are really excellent and one of the best in town. See More

I am very disspoint, I have been disapoint by my last few visits; the menu keep on changing and the ...food taste different one day to anotherr. My last straw was during my visit, they ran out of the ramen I want as usual and I could see the cook`s bare ass because his pantalon were falling when he bring me the ramen and turn around back to the kitchen...very professionel... service has also become so slower!!!! I think the owner have changed because it isn`t not the same resto now anymore? because they are clearly understaff an struggling compare to before. They are too disorganize...... See More

Finalement, nous avons fini avec les rénovations et nous allons ouvrir tranquillement pour les deux prochaines semaines. Nous vendons du café, du thé japonais, des boules de riz, et des sucreries. Nous avons hâte de vous voir et merci pour votre patience.
