Today is Day Two of the Mobile Laboratory Coalition national conference. Among yesterday's speakers was Margaret Anderson Kelliher, president of the Minnesota H...igh Tech Association, who urged conferees to take their mobile labs directly to decision-makers. Advocacy, Anderson Kelliher said, means holding a STEM Day in a capitol rotunda or parking St. Cloud State's Science Express in front of the capitol and offering legislators tours. She urged listeners at her noon address to lobby Rep. John Kline (R), who chairs the Education and the Workforce Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives, for outreach education funding and policy changes.
