Another great wine pairing dinner last night, featuring wines mostly from Argentina, Chile and New Zealand. Chef Chad worked his usual magic on the food front, including some amazing Kobe short ribs and a corn pudding unlike any you’ve ever had. Thanks to all who attended - we couldn’t do it with you!!! Next one in early 2018!

A salute to these 4 guys who recently competed for a "Golden Ticket" to the 2017 World Food Championships in November. The overall winner was Kent Birdwell, owner of The Blue Pig (and our neighbor across the street)! Others to compete were Bill Hedderich of World Foods, Rodney Laulo of Back Room Bistro and Steve Ford of the Cooke House. It was our pleasure to host the event - and WFC CEO Mike McCloud was on hand to train 42 new certified judges. It was a great evening to celebrate food in COOKeville!!!
