My family and I actually ate at the Phoenix Az location but the check in didn't come up, but we love Shane's! Always good food, good service and the vibes of the place is just right! :)

I absolutely love it me and my wife eat there a lot and mostly gets the sampler. Ribs are tender, 2 large chicken fingers, pulled pork is excellent and 2 sides BOTH samplers and 2 drinks all for 30 do...llars tremendous value and food is very delicious See More

Tonight my husband picked up dinner for us. This was our at home anniversary dinner because I leave to go out of town and we've been moving our family as well as his mom.
The service was good but the... order was completely wrong. We ordered onion rings got a salad instead. Ordered slaw and got potato salad. Also ordered the new BBQ sauce and didn't get it. A dinner we were both wanting to enjoy and we were extremely disappointed! See More

I eat here often and every time I go the food is amazing!! However, the staff is VERY rude and not welcoming at all. Every girl that has ever helped me has been extremely rude.

We really enjoyed our dinner, their chicken & ribs are delicious... very tender, sauce is good. One of my favorite sides, fried okra, is the best. Mostly enjoyed that they have a large patio for out...door dining which is connected to the River Walk on the Oostanola River. We had a very relaxing & nice time. See More

This our #1 place to eat. We probably eat there 3X a week. The food is awesome. Great selections. The people are friendly even when it's busy. Wanda does a great job and takes her restaurant seriously.... I am forever grateful for the amazing job they did back in the Fall for our Freddie Giles fundraiser and the money they contributed. I work about 5 miles from SRS, and eat there often, but the last 2 visits weren't good. Wednesday I ordered a big dad pork sandwich on my way home. When I got home, and opened it up...there was burnt ...pork mixed in with the good pork. My pups enjoyed the treat�
Thursday I decided to call an order in because I only get a 30 minute lunch. Called as I walked out of the office, and was put on hold. I was on hold for the entire 5 mile drive. Walked in...STILL ON HOLD. There was no one in line, and the cashiers were talking to each other. � See More

That place was one of the best places to eat at that I have ever been to the food was great the people there was super nice they made you feel like you was at home when you walked in the door the food... was super good they made it to order was it wasn't cold when it came out they make sure the order is right before they brought it out to you and they came by 3 or 4 times to make sure everything was still going okay I can't wait to go back there the next time I'm in that area See More

Good food if it comes out hot. Most times is luke warm. Waited for hamburger 15 minutes and not hot. �

Freaking delicious! I had the sampler with the baby back ribs, pulled pork and chicken fingers tossed in teriyaki sauce! Best tasting tenders ever
