Slawek was recently commissioned to build a massive Koa boardroom conference table with precise cable management features. The width of the conference table was five feet, which meant that the possibility of utilizing a 4’x8’ gantry-based CNC router was not an option, not to mention the limited space in his workshop.

Shaper HQ renovations continue... while installing new doors in our conference room, we realized that one door was 0.25in wider than its frame. It was easy to re-cut it to size and re-mortised the hinges using Origin! #shapermade #handheldcnc #woodworking #renovations
We've posted some images of the finished design of this chair, but here are the two scale models that were done to double check the dimensions and button up the details. The larger is 1/2in scale, and the teeny tiny one is 1/8th scale in balsa. All sizes were #shapermade
