Super rude customer service reps. I was trying to book a ski package for New Years and sent over 8 various requests for a quote. Emma was assigned to be my rep but never called me back. I called toda...y and received her voicemail message saying that she was out on a family emergency, so I was transferred to Julie. Julie asked me my quote number (which I have never been given) and started rattling numbers about Vail for 5 nights (we were looking for 4) and her numbers were way beyond our price range. I told her that this option was way too expensive but that I was inquiring on 7 other properties. Julie said "I do not have access to Emma's emails, what is your quote #???) I was becoming frustrated as I have never received a quote. I requested a new customer service rep and she said I should call the 800# again. I hung up, called again and got another rep who basically ran through the same questions and said the same thing. Both were very rude for customer service representatives. I would get rid of them both- I'm booking my own trip. See More

Wish I had researched this company more before trusting them with my accommodations. When I voiced my concerns about a hotel they told me they could not refund my money, while admitting none of the r...eps had been to the property. A manager did call me to discuss the matter and offered a $100 credit to be emailed to me, which I never received. Clearly, they book accommodations based on who pays them the most. These guys are losers, steer clear. See More

I could not recommend the use of this company to anyone. They do not meet their obligations and their customer service is nonexistent. Please do yourself a favor and use another company, may I suggest... VRBO. Danielle is especially dishonest. See More

Very rude customer service. Had to provide email address while using their chat option online and then I was harassed via email by the representative when I complained that she was rude. Do NOT use t...his company. Give your business to a company that appreciates it and hires reputable employees instead. See More

As of now I have been extremely disappointed in your service. My wife and I booked a Heli Trip and Hotel through you. The week before our trip was supposed to be my wife had a miscarriage and we were ...unable to travel. We talked with both the hotel and heli operation and they were very helpful and sorry about what had happend and said we would get a complete refund (we were also still within the cancelation time for both companies) This was on Feb 2 and we have yet to see any refund or action on your part. I find this completely unacceptable and in very poor customer service. As a company that acts only as a middle man we could have very easily booked this trip with out your help and as of now I am wishing we did so. Please help fix this situation promptly. Thank you. Shout out to Rich for making me look like a Rock Star to my Clients! Tara and Tony LOVED Arrabelle at Vail and the service they received, they loved the ski rental delivery service, as they were on ...a short schedule, and the accommodations exceeded their expectations! Looking forward to doing business again! See More

Absolutely love Schweitzer located in the northern panhandle of Idaho! Gorgeous view of Lake Pend Oreil, views to Canada, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Great ski lift operators, friendly people, snow, great runs for all levels. Very short lines if any. Very family friendly! Fun village to hang out in. Short jaunt to Sandpoint, fun for shopping and restaurants. It's a best kept secret place to ski! Shhhh! See More

If you are going to ski Vail stay at the Vail Cascade--the spa is amazing! If you are going to ski Beaver Creek stay at the Hyatt- the fire pit is awesome for apres ski and the spa is incredible!

I've skied all over the world, but when I'm home in the states....I find that I keep returning to Vail, over and over again. Always a great experience, wonderful village, shops, and people...Oh, and I mention the ski will have fun! I promise!
My favorite is "LOST BOY" run, though I'm a more advanced skier...I always make a run or two a day down "Lost Boy"'s just that relaxing and serene.
I can tell you where to get the best breakfast in the village...but guess you might have to find it yourself!
