Smorl's Houmous في Brighton Open Market.
This Sunday to celebrate the beginning of Spring and provide fuel for Brighton Table Tennis Club, we're re-launching our hearty Wafalafel brunches - a large waffle made from falafel mix, topped with Shakshuka (a Middle Eastern dish of poached egg in spiced tomato sauce), with dips and sauces. There is also a yummy vegan option. Brunch will run from 10:30-2pm, see you there!

Gem's Wholesome Kitchen are holding a free tasting of their yummy Chai Pudding Pots and Tropical Granola at our cafe this Saturday from 10-11am. They're both vegan friendly and Katie's Nuttery Almond Mylk will be served with the granola.
We love these pots of joy so much, we'll be stocking them at the cafe from this Saturday onwards!

SO excited to be holding a Tasting of my new Chia Pudding Pots and Tropical... Granola this coming Saturday 4th March from 10am to 11am at Smorls Houmous and Falafel Bar at Brighton Open Market.

Us preparing our new, perfected Mezze cakes last night, ready for you in the cafe now!
The 'cake' is made from layers of:
Falafel, Pitta Bread, Houmous , Butternut squash, Courgette, Carrot and Beetroot , Sun Dried Tomato, Spiced Bulgur Wheat, and Caramelised Onions!
Who would like this for lunch?
Our half-pitta full to the brim with Falafel, humous, toasted seeds, almond tapenade, pickled cabbage, tomato, green salad + tahini dressing, tamari and homemade chilli sauce!
