If your recycling cart was not picked up yesterday in the City of Snohomish, please place your recycling cart out for pick up tomorrow. Republic Services will be picking up the missed carts tomorrow (Saturday, March 17th).

Next Tuesday's workshop will be a joint meeting with the Public Safety Commission, where they will be discussing re-development of the Neighborhood Watch Program and a Town Hall meeting on homelessness, opioids, and addiction.

Topics at the regular meeting include social media policies, Council rules and procedures, Bickford Avenue property sale, and the City Administrator Employment Contract.

While not everyone might be happy with their elected officials, that should not have any reflection on the dedicated staff at Snohomish City Hall. They are professionals who come everyday to serve our... city and they deserve appreciation for the fine work they do. Such a small quaint town....

Inaugural swim with GP and SHS swim captains
Thanks for your patience the past three days. We are pleased to let you know that Second Street is now reopened. Yesterday, the entire section (from Avenue D to Maple Avenue) was paved in one day. Three paving machines were working all at once. Over the next week there will be limited and area specific closures and lane adjustments as they complete the crosswalks and lifting of the remaining manholes & water valves.
