It's a common misconception. I'm going to take away all of your yummy food and make you only eat vegetables. I'm being hyperbolic, you get the point.
Tomorrow morning, Feb 25th, is my second Women's Weight Loss Workshop. We will discussing how to plan for success, and maintaining motivation through life's rough patches. Long-term lifestyle changes leads to long-term success.
Which would you prefer?
Spend major 💰on weight loss supplements?
Or take the less traveled road of long term behavior change? I don't give people a fish, I teach them to fish.
We will be talking about how motivation and the lack there of can influence our habits, even with the best of intentions. Come find out how stay motivated to reach your goals.
I think we can all agree that vegetables and fruits are a part of any heathy diet. One of my barriers to consuming vegetables are not having them prepped and accessible. Vegetable party trays are not just for parties anymore. I borrowed this idea from Healthy Habits Healthy Moms FB page. #eatyourveggies #HHHM
Knowing what you want and working consistently towards your goal. If you work towards it only 1/2 the time, you will only get 1/2 the results.
What a great morning to hear women's testimony about their struggles of living in a culture that is so weight loss and diet driven. I shared my own testimony which was very therapeutic. What are your thoughts on the diet driven culture, multi-billion dollar business, that we live in today?
The next Women's Saturday Morning Weight Loss Workshop is February 25th. Also, on February 26th, yes, that is a Sunday, from 5:30-6:30 pm we will have our Budgeting a Healthy Lifestyle class. A friend posted this on my personal page the other day. It gave me a chuckle.
I would love to hear if you read food labels or if looking at them make you go cross eyed and say, "forget it". I'm happy to answer questions.
